Mark Matheny discusses a summary of the Obama Administration's unconstitutional acts, including Secretary of Defense Panetta telling Congress Obama did not need approval for going to war, Panetta disarming Marines in a war zone during a speech, Obama's March 16, 2012 executive order calling for what is in effect the power to declare martial law during a 'peacetime national emergency'; and finally, most recently, Obama's declaring the Supreme Court's power to strike down a law as unconstitutional 'unprecedented and extraordinary,' and then mocking the Court, calling the Justices 'an unelected group of people,' as if the constitutionally-based appointment and confirmation of the Supreme Court Justices was somehow unlawful, in effect mocking and calling unlawful the Constitution itself.
