CLIMATEGATE: EXPOSED

It looks like Al Gore's "Global Warming" kingdom is starting to crumble due to some 1000 emails and close to 2000 other documents from scientists that were hacked from a British university, and in those emails scientists admit that the globe is not actually warming. “The fact is that we can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t,” Dr. Trenberth, a climatologist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research, wrote in one of the Emails. Another Email stated "I’ve just completed Mike’s Nature trick of adding in the real temps to each series for the last 20 years (ie from 1981 onwards) and from 1961 for Keith’s to hide the decline." Clearly this shows manipulation of evidence to support global warming. Below are some videos to give you the full story exposing the Global Warming pseudo scientists and Al Gore's Global Warming House of cards!!

U.N.: 150,000 still in Sri Lankan camps

Editor's Note: There seem to be skeptics of what are called by some "FEMA " camps here in the U.S. despite the fact that there are verifiable documents such as HR 645, FM3 19-40, and others that state otherwise. Here is an example of Government Internment camps in Sri Lanka. The Documentary "TERROR CAMPS:The Global Agenda" shows how several agendas are in place to implement a massive reduction in the world's population by the year 2030, and how internment camps on a global scale will be used to control the masses targeted who may resist, or otherwise may be needed in work programs implemented by the respective governments involved. So as you read this article think about the Japanese Internment Camps America set up in the U.S. during WWII, then ask yourself, "could this happen in America- again?" -Mark Matheny.

United Nations

United Nations (CNN) -- Nearly 150,000 refugees from Sri Lanka's civil war remain detained in Sri Lankan government internment camps, according to the United Nations' chief humanitarian affairs official, John Holmes.

Briefing the media Monday at U.N. headquarters in New York, Holmes said that the Sri Lankan government showed "good progress in some important areas" but said there are "plenty of problems still to resolve."

Holmes is freshly returned from a three-day trip to Sri Lanka where he met with government officials and war refugees to reassess that government's efforts towards resettling the estimated 280,000 civilians that have been held in internment camps there since the final stages of Sri Lanka's civil war.

Numerous Grant Programs Fatten Cost of Health Care Reform

FOXNews.com

There are a host of grant programs and other projects created under the health care reform bills that will cost billions on an annual basis, but have not attracted much attention in the debate so far.

Americans concerned that Congress may have forgotten the value of their tax dollars -- or in the case of health care reform, nearly a trillion dollars -- might want their lawmakers to rent the movie "Dave" this holiday weekend, and take a lesson in Cut the Fat 101.
Big-ticket items like the proposed government-run insurance plan and other aid programs have attracted the most heat in the debate so far. But there are a host of smaller programs that are sopping up federal dollars without a whole lot of public scrutiny.
And, they add up.
"There's definitely a lot of waste in it," said Erica Gordon, director of government affairs with Citizens Against Government Waste.
Dozens of grant programs, demonstration projects and new bureaucratic arms will be established under the proposed legislation. They target worthy goals like reducing obesity, training medical professionals, breaking through the language barrier in culturally diverse communities and improving maternal health. Some are considered preventive measures, aimed at reducing the country's long-term health care costs.

letter in Dispatch-Cap and Trade

Web-only letters to the editor
Wednesday,  November 25, 2009 5:23 PM

Dispatch.com regularly will post letters to the editor that don't make it to print in The Dispatch. Unlike letters to the editor that appear in the newspaper, Web-only letters have not been edited.

I am very disturbed that the Dispatch is not keeping the public apprised of the provisions contained in the CAP AND TRADE bill.  This bill will cost all home owners the essence of a second real estate tax each year and the government will take over one more freedom from the working people in the US .
"This bill will require a license for your house...no longer just for cars and mobile homes.
Thinking about selling your house - A look at H.R. 2454 (Cap and trade bill) This is unbelievable!
Only the beginning from this administration! Home owners take note & tell your friends and relatives who are home owners!
Beginning 1 year after enactment of the Cap and Trade Act, you won't be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act. H.R. 2454, the "Cap & Trade" bill passed by the House of Representatives, if also passed by the Senate, will be the largest tax increase any of us has ever experienced. The Congressional Budget Office (supposedly non-partisan) estimates that in just a few years the average cost to every family of four will be $6,800 per year. No one is excluded. However, once the lower classes feel the pinch in their wallets, you can be sure these voters get a tax refund (even if they pay no taxes at all) to offset this new cost. Thus, you Mr. and Mrs. Middle Class America will have to pay even more since additional tax dollars will be needed to bail out everyone else.
But wait. This awful bill (that no one in Congress has actually read) has many more surprises in it. Probably the worst one is this: A year from now you won't be able to sell your house. Yes, you read that right. The caveat is (there always is a caveat) that if you have enough money to make required major upgrades to your home, then you can sell it. But, if not, then forget it. Even pre-fabricated homes ("mobile homes") are included. In effect, this bill prevents you from selling your home without the permission of the EPA administrator. To get this permission, you will have to have the energy efficiency of your home measured. Then the government will tell you what your new energyefficiency requirement is and you will be forced to make modifications to your home under the retrofit provisions of this Act to comply with the new energy and water efficiency requirements. Then you will have to get your home measured again and get a license (called a "label" in the Act) that must be posted on your property to show what your efficiency rating is; sort of like the Energy Star efficiency rating label on your refrigerator or air conditioner. If you don't get a high enough rating, you can't sell. And, the EPA administrator is authorized to raise the standards every year, even above the automatic energy efficiency increases built into the Act. The EPA administrator, appointed by the President, will run the Cap & Trade program (AKA the "American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009") and is authorized to make any future changes to the regulations and standards he alone determines to be in the government's best interest. Requirements are set low initially so the bill will pass Congress; then the Administrator can set much tougher new standards every year.
The Act itself contains annual required increases in energy efficiency for private and commercial residences and buildings. However, the EPA administrator can set higher standards at any time. Sect. 202 Building Retrofit Program mandates a national retrofit program to increase the energy efficiency of all existing homes across America . Beginning 1 year after enactment of the Act, you won't be able to sell your home unless you retrofit it to comply with the energy and water efficiency standards of this Act. You had better sell soon, because the standards will be raised each year and will be really hard (i.e., ex$pen$ive) to meet in a few years. Oh, goody! The Act allows the government to give you a grant of several thousand dollars to comply with the retrofit program requirements IF you meet certain energy efficiency levels. But, wait, the State can set additional requirements on who qualifies to receive the grants. You should expect requirements such as "can't have an income of more than $50K per year", "home selling price can't be more than $125K", or anything else to target the upper middle class (and that's YOU) and prevent them from qualifying for the grants. Most of us won't get a dime and will have to pay the entire cost of the retrofit out of our own pockets. More transfer of wealth, more "change you can believe in." Sect. 204 Building Energy Performance Labeling Program establishes a labeling program that for each individual residence will identify the achieved energy efficiency performance for "at least 90 percent of the residential market within 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act."
This means that within 5 years 90% of all residential homes in the U.S. must be measured and labeled. The EPA administrator will get $50M each year to enforce the labeling program. The Secretary of theDepartment of Energy will get an additional $20M each year to help enforce the labeling program. Some of this money will, of course, be spent on coming up with tougher standards each year..
Oh, the label will be like a license for your car. You will be required to post the label in a conspicuous location in your home and will not be allowed to sell your home without having this label. And, just like your car license, you will probably be required to get a new label every so often - maybe every year. But, the government estimates the cost of measuring the energy efficiency of your home should only cost about $200 each time. Remember what they said about the auto smog inspections when they first started: that in California it would only cost $15. That was when the program started. Now the cost is about $50 for the inspection and certificate; a 333% increase. Expect the same from the home labeling program. Sect. 304 Greater Energy Efficiency in Building Codes establishes new energy efficiency guidelines for the National Building Code and mandates at 304(d) that 1 year after enactment of this Act, all state and local jurisdictions must adopt the National Building Code energy efficiency provisions or must obtain a certification from the federal government that their state and/or local codes have been brought into full compliance with the National Building Code energy efficiency standards."
Isn't it time for the Dispatch to make us aware of what our government is doing to us?

Dubai debt fears hit world markets hard

LONDON – World stock markets fell sharply Thursday as investors fretted over the debt problems at Dubai World, a government investment company, and the continued fall in the dollar.
Markets are usually relatively quiet when Wall Street is closed for a holiday, as it is Thursday for Thanksgiving Day — not so today.
In Europe, the FTSE 100 index of leading British shares was down 99.84 points, or 1.9 percent, at 5,264.97, although trading has been halted for over an hour because of technical problems. Germany's DAX fell 115.17 points, or 2 percent, to 5,687.85 while the CAC-40 inFrance was 84.92 points, or 2.2 percent, lower at 3,724.24.
Earlier in Asia, the Shanghai index tanked 119.19 points, or 3.6 percent, to close at 3,170.98, its biggest one-day fall since August 31, while Hong Kong's Hang Seng shed 1.8 percent to 22,210.41.
Sentiment in stocks has been dented by the news that Dubai World, which is thought to have debts totaling around $60 billion, has asked creditors if it can postpone its forthcoming payments until May. That has stoked fears of a potential default and contagion around the global financial system, particularly in emerging markets.

Giving Thanks

Mark Matheny
November 25, 2009

Tomorrow Will be the Day called Thanksgiving. Families will get together to enjoy good food and fellowship. Turkey with dressing and cranberry sauce will be consumed by millions as the day ensues, and children will sit at the small card table in the corner as the grownups talk amongst themselves of previous Holiday celebrations and memories of those no longer with us to celebrate this year.

This year will be different in many ways however, in that there will be millions who will not celebrate as in times past. They may have to wait in a soup line instead, waiting for a meal as they think about better days when they were employed. Days when they owned their own home, and invited their relatives to eat with them in their humble abodes as they enjoyed football on TV.

Then there are those who will be in make-shift mess halls in Iraq, or Afghanistan who will with weapon strapped to their backs, eat in a distant land, and only dream of the day when they can once again sit at the dinner table, in their own homes, and partake of a dinner with loved ones who are far from them at this present moment.

America, we have many things to be thankful for this year. We are still the greatest country on earth. We still have a light that shines within us- no matter how dim it may grow. We are still a people who can stand up and declare that we are a sovereign nation, with a declaration of Independence, and a Constitution that protects us as individuals through unalienable rights that the Almighty Himself has given- and which no man can take away.

Our country is in its darkest hour, and in need of a light that will burst upon it with such a brightness that it will cast out all the darkness of the tyranny that has reared its shadow upon us. You- each and every individual American who has felt the death knell upon the bleakest hour of our nation, you are that light that will cast out the darkness. You are a light upon a hill which cannot be snuffed out.

Tomorrow is not only a day of giving thanks, but it also a day of repentance and of renewing ourselves to the Most High. It is a day to remember those soldiers in distant lands who are risking their very beings for our freedom. They are fighting a foreign war, in a foreign land. That is why we must also fight here on our familiar shores in an epic battle- a battle of unseen enemies- a battle of traitors in our midst who would trade the futures of our children for the mere pleasures of a season.

Remember tomorrow, as you sit at the tables full of the bounty of God's creation these words written long ago, but very pertinent for our time:

Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come, and the years draw near when you say: I find no pleasure in them:
Before the sun, or the light, or the moon, or the stars become darkened, and the clouds do not return after the last rain.
In the day when the keepers of the house will tremble, and the strong men will bow themselves, and the grinders cease because they are few, and they who look out the windows see darkness;
When the doors will be shut in the streets, when the sound of the grinding is hushed; when men will no longer rise up at the sound of birds, and all the daughters of music will be silenced;
When they are afraid because of danger from on high, and because of terrors in the way; when the almond tree blossoms, the grasshopper is a burden, and desire fails; because man goes to his everlasting home, and the mourners go about the streets.
Remember your Creator before the silver cord is cut, before the golden bowl is broken, before the pitcher shatters at the fountain, before the waterwheel breaks at the cistern;
And the dust returns to the earth it came from, and the spirit returns to Yahweh Who gave it...... Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter. Reverence Yahweh, and observe His commandments, for this is the whole duty of man.
For Yahweh will bring every work into judgement, including every secret thing, whether it is righteous, or whether it is evil.    Ecclesiastes 12

God give us the strength to save our Nation,

W A Wijewardena: Why inflation tax is an evil?

BIS.org

Article by Mr W A Wijewardena, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, published in Sunday Times on 10 June 2007.

A popular folk story talks of a villager making a chance meeting of a demon in the forest and using his craftiness to get the demon to work for him. Understandably, the demon being an untiring person proves to be a marvelous worker. His contribution to the villager far exceeds that of even a thousand workers. According to the story, everything is well and good as long as the villager is able to keep the demon under his control. But, on the day the villager loses his grip over the demon, it would set upon the villager and devour him. So, though the villager would have a jolly-good life in the short run, he runs the great risk of losing everything, including his life, in the long run.

Governments’ use of inflation as a tax to force-mobilize resources for funding government projects has been equated to the fate of the villager in that folk story. In the short run, a government could forget about all its fiscal problems and enjoy the temporary solace provided by it. But in the long run, when inflation becomes uncontrollable, it will have to sacrifice all its temporary gains. When an initially mild inflation degenerates into an uncontrollable hyper-inflation later, it has been termed as a mass killer. It would destroy the financial infrastructure and, through it, the entire social and economic infrastructure. Rebuilding a nation after this massive destruction would be a very painful and tedious challenge for everyone.

Fed rage boils over on Capitol Hill

Ben Bernanke will win confirmation to a second term as head of the central bank. But it won't be pretty. The movement in Congress to rein the Fed in is gaining steam.

By Jennifer Liberto, CNNMoney.com senior writer

Last Updated: November 23, 2009: 12:48 PM ET

WASHINGTON (CNNMoney.com) -- Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has a tough road ahead.

Very tough.

Bernanke, whose four-year term expires in January, is certain to face a contentious Senate banking panel at his confirmation hearing, set for Dec. 3. He is also defending against the sharpest attack on Federal Reserve powers ever.

The latest blow came last week, when a House panel overwhelmingly agreed to tack on to must-pass regulatory reform a proposal to dig into the Fed's books, despite attempts by Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., to make it less intrusive.

Fed watchers say they expect that Bernanke will be confirmed for a second term as chairman. But he may get the fewest favorable votes on record - and end up at the helm of a vastly changed Federal Reserve.

Oklahoma City OKC Bombing: Demolition Charges Used Inside Building?

Written by Jim Capo
Thursday, 15 October 2009 00:00

OKC Bombing
That is the most likely reason the security camera tapes recently released by the FBI under a Freedom of Information Act request appear to be doctored.
The official line on the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City on April 19th, 1995 is that a couple a guys in a Ryder Rental truck, filled with a backyard brew of fertilzer and fuel oil (ANFO bomb), were able to bring down a major portion of a steel reinforced concrete structure. While that story was being fabricated for mass consumption, investigative reporter Willaim F. Jasper of The New Americanmagazine — flagship publication of The John Birch Society — was digging up the real truth. (Click on cover story photo.)
Jasper called on the expertise of Brigadier General Benton K. Partin (USAF, ret). Partin had spent a career in the military developing ordnance that would get the biggest bang for the buck when it came to destroying things like buildings. Partin's analysis of the blast site and destruction of the Murrah building came down to this:
An ANFO bomb could not have destroyed the structural columns in the Murah building. And, even if military grade explosives were used, a blast in the street could not destroy interior columns while leaving closer more exterior columns intact.
The conclusion Partin offered was that the Murrah building had most likely been brought down with the use of demolition charges.
