Leaked Army Video Discusses Complexities of Operating in Future MegaCities

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS !!! News
Mark Matheny
October 29, 2016

The world we live in is growing as far as population levels are concerned. And with that growth comes the expansion of mega cities.

The fastest population growth rates are primarily in Africa, and the Middle East. In Africa, the fastest annual population growth rates are at 3% or more in Western Sahara, Mali, Niger, Uganda, Eritrea, and Liberia. Much of Africa is between 2-3% growth rates as well.

In the Middle East, Afghanistan also has a population growth rate of 3% or more annually, with Pakistan and India following right behind it at between 2-3% annually.

Below is a map giving you a world view of population growth rates:

File:Population growth rate world 2005-2010 UN.PNG

From Wikimedia Commons, the free media repository

With this rate in population growth comes the concern among military analysts on just how to deal with operations in these highly dense and everchanging populated "mega cities".

In a leaked military video, we see what the controllers are focusing on as they develop what they detail as mega cities around the world.

We know that currently operations are taking place in both Africa, and the Middle East.

In the beginning of the video it mentions growth rates by the year 2030. This caught my attention because Agenda 21,which the Elites have been pushing for "Sustainable Development", has now recently been renamed as "Agenda 2030".

After seeing the video above describing the "mega Cities", pay attention to this next video. Especially the first half which describes "Agenda 2030" and the real intent of this UN initiative.

The Elites have in mind what are called "Controlled City Grids" which will basically contain the masses of civilian populations in different grid zones. A prime example of how these cities will look is called the "Masdar Initiative", and is currently under construction in the UAE.

.

In these types of cities, the controlling Elites will have all control over the populations contained in them. The citizens will be under constant surveillance and will be at the mercy of the controlling officials since there will be no personal transportation, and all activities will be monitored by "Smart" computers and controllers.

The problem that thew Elites are currently concerned about according to the leaked video, is how to control areas that will be in extreme poverty or in civil and political chaos.

Beta testing has been underway since the early operations in Afghanistan up to current operations there as well as Iraq and other areas in the Middle East and Africa.

I have done much reporting on this plan of the Elites to create a world under Technocratic rule.

Wolves In Sheep’s Clothing: How the Public Was Duped into Socialism (But Got Totalitarianism)

Activist Post
November 9, 2013

A story of Obamacare, Fabian Socialism, 1984 and the incremental hijacking of our lives.

The Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, may be a functional nightmare, PR blunder and a deeply divisive issue, but it represents a momentous power grab for the rise of Socialism in America – which though once a haunting specter, has gradually become a reality.

Individuals in the United States have less power over their own lives than ever before – as millions of Americans are losing their coverage, and all who refuse to join the system face mounting fines and penalties. Senator Harry Reid, for one, admitted that the current health care law was moving the country towards a single payer system managed by the federal government.

The attempt to fully nationalize health care has been rightly criticized as a “Fabian” move on the part of President Obama and his cohorts. The term evokes Fabian Socialism, the influential group behind the British Labour Party and the London School of Economics who wielded the power of some the 20th Century’s most famous authors to sell not only a socialist-collectivist system, but one run on behalf of the oligarchical elite and managed by technological experts.

US Downgrade: World Is Calling Even Louder For A New Global Currency

Dollar

The American Dream
Aug 15, 2011

For decades, the U.S. economy was so dominant compared to the rest of the world that nobody really even challenged the status of the U.S. dollar as the reserve currency of the world.  But now that U.S. government debt has been downgraded, the U.S. dollar is showing significant weakness and the U.S. economy continues to crumble, the rest of the world is questioning whether the U.S. dollar should be allowed to continue to have such a privileged position in the global marketplace.

Politicians all over the world are now openly calling for a new global currency to replace the U.S. dollar in international trade.  In fact, we are already seeing a shift away from the dollar in many areas of the globe.  A decade ago, the U.S. dollar made up approximately 70% of all foreign exchange reserves around the world.  Today, that figure is down to about 60%, and it continues to fall.  As the debt problems of the U.S. government get even deeper, and as the U.S. dollar loses even more strength, the calls for a truly global currency are going to grow even louder.

Right now, the global financial system is still based on the U.S. dollar to a very large degree.  But dissatisfaction with the status quo is growing around the world.  Many are blaming the United States for the massive financial problems that we have had in recent years.

Many global politicians these days seem quite eager to jump on any chance to criticize the U.S. financial system.  In particular, the recent downgrade of long-term U.S. government debt by S&P has provided plenty of ammunition for international proponents of a new global currency.

The largest bank in Saudi Arabia, National Commercial Bank, recently had the following to say about the U.S. dollar….
“The size of the US economy and its treasury market and the dollar’s status as a reserve currency make it impossible to find a historical parallel for the current situation. However, being the world’s reserve currency, the US dollar now appears inconsistent with an AA+ rating.”
China’s official Xinhua news agency has been brutally attacking the U.S. financial system in recent days.  The following is one example….
“The only way the Americans have come up with to improve economic growth has been to take on new loans to repay the old ones.”
In fact, Xinhua has even gone so far to suggest that U.S. monetary policy should be under “international supervision” and that a new global reserve currency should be created….
“International supervision over the issue of U.S. dollars should be introduced and a new, stable and secured global reserve currency may also be an option to avert a catastrophe caused by any single country.”

Obama's State Dept. Removes Mother, Father From Passports

In what seems to be a diplomatic effort at extreme political correctness and a nod to gay rights groups, the Obama administration is removing the words “mother” and “father” from U.S. passport applications and replacing them with “gender neutral” terminology. Mom and dad will now be referred to rather coldly as “parent one” and “parent two.”

Conservative Christian groups are outraged over the decision.

“Only in the topsy-turvy world of left-wing political correctness could it be considered an ‘improvement’ for a birth-related document to provide less information about the circumstances of that birth,” Family Research Council president Tony Perkins wrote in a statement to Fox News Radio. “This is clearly designed to advance the causes of same-sex ‘marriage’ and homosexual parenting without statutory authority, and violates the spirit if not the letter of the Defense of Marriage Act.”

“The words in the old form were ‘mother’ and ‘father,’” Brenda Sprague, deputy assistant Secretary of State for Passport Services, confirmed Fox News. "They are now ‘parent one’ and ‘parent two.’"

passport, mother, father, abolished, gender, neutral, christian, gay, parents, obamaA statement on the State Department website noted: “These improvements are being made to provide a gender neutral description of a child’s parents and in recognition of different types of families.” The statement didn't note if it was for child applications only.

The new passport applications, not yet available to the public, will be available online soon. Sprague told Fox the decision to remove the traditional parenting names was not an act of political correctness.

“We find that with changes in medical science and reproductive technology that we are confronting situations now that we would not have anticipated 10 or 15 years ago,” she said.

Gay rights groups are applauding the decision.

“Changing the term mother and father to the more global term of parent allows many different types of families to be able to go and apply for a passport for their child without feeling like the government doesn’t recognize their family,” said Jennifer Chrisler, executive director of Family Equality Council.

Her organization lobbied the government for several years to remove the words from passport applications.

“Our government needs to recognize that the family structure is changing,” Chrisler said. “The best thing that we can do is support people who are raising kids in loving, stable families.”

The new gender-neutral passport application will be rolled out in February.

X-RAY VANS: Security Measure, or Invasion of Privacy?

By Diane Macedo

Oct. 13, 2010: The Z Backscatter Van uses detects contraband like explosives, drugs or people in hiding with an X-Ray mechanism that has no need for a detector on the far side of an object, allowing it to be extremely mobile, versatile and built into a commercially available van.
FoxNews.com

Privacy advocates worried about x-ray scanners making their way around U.S. airports may be surprised to know the technology is also making its way onto America's streets.

The Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. military and even local law enforcement agencies are buying and deploying mobile X-ray vans that can see into the interior of vehicles around them.
The Z Backscatter Van (ZBV), manufactured by American Science and Engineering (AS&E), can be used to detect contraband such as car bombs, drugs and people in hiding.

But the vans, which can also see through clothing and into some buildings, are raising privacy concerns as well as questions about health risks -- and what might happen if the technology gets into the wrong hands.

IMF Article Predicts New World Order

The Daily BellOctober 6, 2010

Dominique Strauss-kahn
Germany Opposed To Unconditional IMF Safety Nets ... Germany is opposed to the setting up of 'global financial safety nets' under the aegis of the International Monetary Fund, a Deutsche Bundesbank official said Tuesday. The official told journalists that the mechanisms proposed by the G-20 group of nations, would create moral hazard by obliging countries to provide unlimited liquidity without conditions in times of financial stress. The comments come as the German delegation prepares to fly to Washington DC for the autumn meetings of the IMF and World Bank ... The IMF's willingness to provide loans under the PCL to countries which, in its own words, "may not meet the FCL's high qualification limits" appears to have raised hackles at the Bundesbank, which has consistently opposed any dilution of the IMF's principles of only lending against strict commitments to sustainable fiscal and monetary policy. The initiative to expand such "safety nets" is part of the G-20's efforts to make the international financial system more stable. It has been promoted by South Korea and has received some limited support from France and U.K. – WSJournal.com

Dominant Social Theme: The world needs a central bank and the IMF is ready to be one.
Free-Market Analysis: As we have written plenty of times before, it's startling to see how fast the Anglo-American power elite is willing to move now toward a more specific and comprehensive global governance. When we read this article, even just the beginning, it was obvious to us what was going on. And then we came to this sentence: "It means a de facto obligation to provide unlimited liquidity in euros...but the IMF is not a central bank for the world." Exactly. Is there a sub dominant social theme in the article. Perhaps so: "Pushback will continue but the IMF's expanded role is inevitable.

Indeed, the IMF is being cast in some places as an inevitable precursor to a world central bank. It need only graduate from SDRs to bancors and then expand its monetary authority. Of course we've covered this evolution in the past, but we didn't take it very seriously. The world moves slowly and is a complex place. But as we've seen (and commented on) over the past year, the Anglo-American elite seems to have shed any inhibitions about moving slowly or deliberately toward global governance goals.

It is in a race of some sort, though who or what it is running from or towards is not clear. But in picking up the pace in a kind of mad dash toward some unseen finish line, it is abandoning at least a century of deliberate, promotional construction designed to bring Western citizens in line with its goals. We've written we have no explanation. Let's say for argument's sake there are 6,000 in the ranks of the Anglo American familial elite. That still leaves six billion people that one needs to "bring along" presumably. But convincing people seems about the last thing on the mind of elite these days so far as we can tell. In aggregate, it gallops madly forward, careening out of control, oblivious to obstacles, increasingly leaving a trail of ruin behind.

UN Policy Paper Describes Incremental Steps Toward World Government

Jurriaan Maessen
Infowars.com
September 30, 2010
The governments of Europe, the United States, and Japan are unlikely to negotiate a social-democratic pattern of globalization – unless their hands are forced by a popular movement or a catastrophe, such as another Great Depression or ecological disaster
Richard Sandbrook, Closing the Circle: Democratization and Development in Africa, Zed Books limited, London, 2000.

ignacysachs.jpg
Self-described ‘ecosocioeconomist’ professor Ignacy Sachs.

A 1991 policy paper prepared for the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) by self-described ‘ecosocioeconomist’ professor Ignacy Sachs outlines a strategy for the transfer of wealth in name of the environment to be implemented in the course of 35 to 40 years. As it turns out, it is a visionary paper describing phase by phase the road to world dictatorship. As the professor states in the paper:
To be meaningful, the strategies should cover the time-span of several decades. Thirty-five to forty years seems a good compromise between the need to give enough time to the postulated transformations and the uncertainties brought about by the lengthening of the time-span.
In his paper “The Next 40 Years: Transition Strategies to the Virtuous Green Path: North/South/East/Global”, Sachs accurately describes not only the intended time-span to bring about a global society, but also what steps should be taken to ensure “population stabilization”:
In order to stabilize the populations of the South by means other than wars or epidemics, mere campaigning for birth control and distributing of contraceptives has proved fairly inefficient.
In the first part of the (in retrospect) bizarrely accurate description of the years to come, Sachs points out redistribution of wealth is the only viable path towards population stabilization and- as he calls it- a “virtuous green world”. The professor:
“The way out from the double bind of poverty and environmental disruption calls for a fairly long period of more economic growth to sustain the transition strategies towards the virtuous green path of what has been called in Stockholm ecodevelopement and has since changed its name in Anglo-Saxon countries to sustainable development.”
“(…) a fair degree of agreement seems to exist, therefore, about the ideal development path to be followed so long as we do not manage to stabilize the world population and, at the same time, sharply reduce the inequalities prevailing today.”
“The bolder the steps taken in the near future”, Sachs asserts, “the shorter will be the time span that separates us from a steady state. Radical solutions must address to the roots of the problem and not to its symptoms. Theoretically, the transition could be made shorter by measures of redistribution of assets and income.”
Sachs points to the political difficulties of such proposals being implemented (because free humanity tends to distrust any national government let alone transnational government to redistribute its well-earned wealth). He therefore proposes these measures to be implemented gradually, following a meticulously planned strategy:
“The pragmatic prospect is one of transition extending itself over several decades.”
In the second sub-chapter “The Five Dimensions of Ecodevelopment”, professor Sachs sums up the main dimensions of this carefully outlined move to make Agenda 21 a very real future prospect. The first dimension he touches upon is “Social Sustainability”:
“The aim is to build a civilization of being within greater equity in asset and income distribution, so as to improve substantially the entitlements of the broad masses of population and of reduce the gap in standards of living between the have and the have nots.”
This of course means, reducing the standards of living in “The North” (U.S., Europe) and upgrading those of the developing nations (“The South and The East”). This would have to be realized through what Sachs calls “Economic Sustainability”:
“made possible by a more efficient allocation and management of resources and a steady flow of public and private investment.”
The third dimension described by the professor is “Ecological Sustainability” which, among other things, limits “the consumption of fossile fuels and other easily depletable or environmentally harmful products, substituting them by renewable and/or plentiful and environmentally friendly resources, reducing the volume of pollutants by means of energy and resource conservation and recycling and, last but not least, promoting self-constraint in material consumption on part of the rich countries and of the privileged social strata all over the world;”
In order to make this happen Sachs stresses the need of “defining the rules for adequate environmental protection, designing the institutional machinery and choosing the mix of economic, legal and administrative instruments necessary for the implementation of environmental policies.”

“directed at achieving a more balanced rural-urban configuration and a better territorial distribution of human settlements and economic activities (…)”.
The fifth and last dimension described in the UN policy paper is “Cultural Sustainability”:
“looking for the endogenous roots of the modernization processes, seeking change within cultural continuity, translating the normative concept of ecodevelopment into a plurality of local, ecosystem-specific, culture-specific and site-specific solutions.”
But to realize such a dramatic new direction for the world, Sachs once again stresses the importance of incremental implementation. A matter of boiling the frog slowly as opposed to throwing the poor animal into a boiling-hot cooking pan:
“Even if we know where we want to get, the operational question is how do we proceed to put humankind on the virtuous path of genuine development, socially responsible and in harmony with nature. It is submitted that UNCED 92 should give considerable attention to the formulation of transition strategies that could become the central piece of the Agenda 21.”
This is the word- Agenda 21: the UN strategy for redistributing the wealth accumulated by the “North” in order to create a completely “balanced” world society- under auspices of the United Nations of course and the private central banks controlling it. This can only come about by destroying the middle-class. A sudden redistribution and industrialization would not do- for the middle-class would undoubtedly rise in defiance against it. Therefore, Sachs argues for an incremental and carefully planned dissolution of the middle-class phase by phase:
“To be meaningful, the strategies should cover the time-span of several decades. Thirty-five to forty years seems a good compromise between the need to give enough time to the postulated transformations and the uncertainties brought about by the lengthening of the time-span. The retooling of industries, even in periods of rapid growth, requires ten to twenty years. The restructuration and the expansion of the infrastructures requires several decades and this is a crucially important sector from the point of view of environment.”
Then Sachs plunges into his most shocking statement:
“However, the single most important reason to consider the transition strategies over a minimum of thirty-five to forty years stems from the non-linearity of these strategies; they should be devised as a succession of changing priorities over time. A good illustration is provided by the population transition. In order to stabilize the populations of the South by means other than wars or epidemics, mere campaigning for birth control and distributing of contraceptives has proved fairly inefficient.”
Sachs argues that “an accelerated programme of social and economic development of the rural areas should be the outmost priority in the first phase of a realistic population stabilization scheme.”
Who or what is to coordinate all this, according to Sachs, and how exactly is the UN to take control?
“The solutions”, says Sachs, “can vary in terms of their boldness and take the form of global, multilateral or bilateral arrangements.” These arrangements should as far as Sachs is concerned ensure “at least partially the automacity of financial transfers by some form of fiscal mechanisms, be it a small income tax or an array of indirect taxes on goods and services whose production and consumption has significant environmental impacts.”
Over time, gradually, these taxes should increase:
“Starting the operation with a one per ten thousand tax and increasing it so as to reach one per thousand in ten to twenty years seems a fairly realistic proposal, the more so that the scheme creates an interesting market for the private enterprises involved in R and D.”
Reading all this, the question as to what entity should take charge is not difficult to answer. Sachs:
“In order to generate maximum synergies between the national strategies and global action, the United Nations should create a forum for the periodical discussion and evaluation of these strategies and a research, monitoring and flexible planning facility to put them in a global perspective.(…). The forum should have a fair representation of all the main actors involved: governments, parliaments, citizen movements and the business world. Given its importance, it should be lifted from specialized agencies to a central place in the UN system.”

The “fair representation” Sachs is talking about is of course only a pretext to get everybody on board. As the “Danish Text”, drafted for the Copenhagen conference in late 2009, clearly illustrates, the IMF and World Bank will always have final say in the construction of any international system.

The Globalists Plan for a Coming World Currency

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!!!
Mark Matheny
September 23, 2010

What used to be talked about as "conspiracy theory" is now being discussed openly among the nations of the world. A global currency called the "Bancor" may soon be the global currency, and along with it a global central bank.

"Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes her laws."

Those were the words of Mayer Amscel Rothschild of the Elite Rothschild Banking Family of Europe. And it is apparent that those in power hope to gain control of not only a single nation's money, but of all nations' monetary systems into a single Central Bank with a Global Currency. In that instance, whoever controls the monetary system of the world, will in effect control the policies and laws globally as well.

One of the preliminary measures of incorporating a global currency, however, seems to be the destruction of currencies around the globe in order to justify its inception.

Steps for bringing about this New World Order currency have been in the works for a long time, and the proponents are patient and deliberate. Calls for a global currency began to come about after WWII, when John Maynard Keynes and the British government proposed the "Bancor" as a world reserve currency.

Although it has taken time and effort, it looks as though the current economic crisis has set the stage for the demise of the dollar as a world reserve currency to make way for the proposed Bancor.

The Federal Reserve and our government are also in on the plan apparently, as the Fed continues to devalue the dollar through "easing" as they call it, or printing more and more of it. Our government then continues to grow and spend more and more as well, only to exacerbate the problem.

Of course, Secretary of Treasury Timothy Geithner said back in 2009 that the U.S. would be open to a world currency as well!

In this video Geithner was at a Council on Foreign Relations conference, and was asked about a proposal from China's Central Bank Governor to expand the role of the IMF's use of SDRs (Special Drawing Rights), whereupon Geithner said " ..We're actually quite open to that suggestion."

Geithner then went on further to say however, that " ..But you should think of it as rather evolutionary building on the current architecture, rather than to moving us to a global monetary union." Geithner obviously knows that increasing the use of SDRs to the IMF will eventually make way for "a global monetary union" as he puts it.

How do I know this? In a recent document by the International Monetary Fund, drafted on April 13, 2010 titled Reserve Accumulation and International Monetary Stability , the report shows that while there are benefits to the use of SDRs, there are also some limitations and drawbacks.

One of those drawbacks stated in the same document is the fact that the SDR is not a currency:
From SDR to Bancor. A limitation of the SDR as discussed previously is that it is not a currency. Both the SDR and SDR-denominated instruments need to be converted eventually to a national currency for most payments or interventions in foreign exchange markets, which adds to cumbersome use in transactions. and though an SDR-based system would move away from a dominant currency, the SDR'r value remains heavily linked to conditions and performance of the major component countries.A more ambitious reform option would be to build on the previous ideas and develop, over time, a global currency.  Pg 26. (emphasis mine)

Also to be noticed is the latter portion of the video, where Geithner says these very pertinent words:

"It is very important just to underscore that... the future evolution of the dollar's role in the system, depends really primarilly on how effective we are here in the United States, in getting not just  recovery back on track, our financial system repaired, but we get our fiscal position back to the point where people will judge it as sustainable.."

If these are the parameters for avoiding a global currency, then we are in serious trouble. It looks as though we may see the bancor soon.

In an article by James Turk on Kitco.com, he states clearly that the Fed is printing too much money and rapidly devaluating the dollar. He states in the article that commodity prices are rising not because of good economic activity, but because of what the Fed calls "quantitative easing". He states two reasons for this:

  1. Because too much money has been printed for years, not just over the past three months, which can be illustrated by comparing M3 to the total US population. In 2000 there were $26,977 in circulation, as measured by M3, for every man, woman and child in the United States. That amount has ballooned to $46,538, a 7.1% annual rate of growth, which is more than 7-times the 0.9% annual rate of population growth during this period.
  2. Demand for money is usually ignored, but it is an important part of the equation.  Unfortunately, demand cannot be measured, so we again need to rely on observations of market prices to determine the prevailing trend in the demand for dollars at any moment. So, for example, let’s look at the US Dollar Index, which measures the dollar’s rate of exchange against a basket of currencies. While commodities have been rising since June 4th, the Dollar Index has been falling.  It is down 7.9% over this period, a 27.6% annualized rate of decline.  Given that people are opting to hold other currencies in preference to the dollar, as evidenced by the dollar’s falling exchange rate, it is clear that the demand for the dollar is falling.
In 2009 on CNBC, Stephen Gallo essentially spoke of the same reasons for the current crisis, and the possibility of a global currency and world bank as a result of it :

Carrol Quigely stated a similar development of a world bank in collaboration with central banks around the world, but with far more sinister motives and not the rosy picture Mr. Stephen Gallo is painting:

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements, arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the worlds central banks which were themselves private corporations. The growth of financial capitalism made possible a centralization of world economic control and use of this power for the direct benefit of financiers and the indirect injury of all other economic groups."
Tragedy and Hope: A History of The World in Our Time (Macmillan Company, 1966,) Professor Carroll Quigley of Georgetown University

The housing market collapse, auto industry government takover, Wall Street and Banker bailouts, as well as the reduction in manufacturing here in the United States among other things, are all contrived events by the Elites in order to systematically crush our economy and our currency, in order to make way for this ominous takeover of the world's monetary systems and the completion of a New World Order Feudalistic Dictatorship.

Why Obama Can't Move the Health-Care Numbers

For every voter who strongly favors the plan, two are strongly opposed.

By SCOTT RASMUSSEN AND DOUG SCHOEN
MARCH 9, 2010, 10:07 P.M. ET

One of the more amazing aspects of the health-care debate is how steady public opinion has remained. Despite repeated and intense sales efforts by the president and his allies in Congress, most Americans consistently oppose the plan that has become the centerpiece of this legislative season.

In 15 consecutive Rasmussen Reports polls conducted over the past four months, the percentage of Americans that oppose the plan has stayed between 52% and 58%. The number in favor has held steady between 38% and 44%.

The dynamics of the numbers have remained constant as well. Democratic voters strongly support the plan while Republicans and unaffiliated voters oppose it. Senior citizens—the people who use the health-care system more than anybody else and who vote more than anybody else in midterm elections—are more opposed to the plan than younger voters. For every person who strongly favors it, two are strongly opposed.

The Economic and Social Crisis

The financial meltdown has unleashed a latent and emergent social crisis across the United States.

What is at stake is the fraudulent confiscation of lifelong savings and pension funds, the appropriation of tax revenues to finance the trillion dollar "bank bailouts", which ultimately serve to line the pockets of the richest people in America.

This economic crisis is in large part the result of financial manipulation and outright fraud to the detriment of entire populations, leading to a renewed wave of corporate bankruptcies, mass unemployment and poverty.

The criminalization of the global financial system, characterized by a "Shadow Banking" network has resulted in the centralization of bank power and an unprecedented concentration of private wealth.

Obama's "economic stimulus" package and budget proposals contribute to a further process of concentration and centralization of bank power, the cumulative effects of which will eventually resul in large scale corporate, bankruptcies, a new wave of foreclosures not to mention fiscal collapse and the downfall of State social programs. (For further details see Michel Chossudovsky, America's Fiscal Collapse, Global Research, March 2, 2009).

The cumulative decline of real economic activity backlashes on employment and wages, which in turn leads to a collapse in purchaisng power. The proposed "solution" under the Obama administration contributes to exacerbating rather than alleviating social inequalities and the process of wealth concentration.

Agenda 21 Alert: Obama Railroads Us With the Bullet Train

Cassandra Anderson

Infowars.com
February 1, 2010

The Globalists have allowed Obama to throw you and me under the bus again, continuing the collectivist blueprint, set by Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, with the new High Speed Rail system. “PJ O’Rourke sums it up in simple terms:

“Politicians love trains. Why? Because they can tell where the tracks go. They know where everybody’s going. For politicians it’s all about control and power. Politicians hate cars because cars make people free.” (1)

Before detailing the specifics of why bullet trains are impractical, we will switch tracks here to gain a deeper understanding of the Globalists’ scheme and how bullet trains fit into the agenda. “In an interview with Michael Shaw, www.freedomadvocates.org, he explained that”when you understand the intent of the Globalists’ action plan, Agenda 21, Sustainable Development, it becomes very clear that the government spending and debt not only serve to bankrupt individuals, but also to install new structures of control. “These structures at the local level are called “Smart Growth”.

The transportation system of the New World Order excludes private auto mobility. “In an effort to remove people from cars, traffic congestion is allowed to grow exponentially, with a refusal, by planners, to expand highways and accommodate more traffic. “Of course, local and state governments are influenced by federal money, and thereby under its control, falling prey to its designs.

Smart Growth solutions are offered as a substitute increase Collectivists’ control. “These “solutions” include creating living areas where travel is discouraged (high rises on top of storefronts so you never have to leave the area) and offering public transportation, in order to get us out of our private automobiles. “This evaporates our unalienable rights on several levels: exterminating freedom by limiting movement, travel and choice, as well as ultimately abolishing private property (privately owned cars- and everything else you think you own).

Local implementation of the United Nations Agenda 21: a warning

by Anne Wilder-Chamberlain
From the December 2009 Idaho Observer:

For the last two months The I.O. has covered Obama’s treasonous plans to marry the United States and the United Nations into a One World Socialist Government managed by the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund; forcing the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child onto parents, superseding the Declaration of Independence with the UN Declaration of Human Rights, and now threatening to tax every breath American citizens take by forcing the totally unconstitutional UN Convention on Climate Change onto them with or without Senate ratification. Accordingly, the EPA declared carbon dioxide to be a toxic waste.

All of this is part of the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, with its broadcasted intention of reducing world population by up to 90 percent.

The “Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the Statement of principles for the Sustainable Management of Forests,” defines Agenda 21 as a comprehensive plan of action to be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations System, Governments, and Major Groups in every area where humans impact the environment. It was adopted by more than 178 Governments at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED) held in Rio de Janerio, Brazil, in June 1992. The Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD) was created in December 1992 to ensure effective follow-up of UNCED, to monitor and report on implementation of the agreements at the local, national, regional and international levels. It was agreed that a five year review of Earth Summit progress would be made in 1997 by the United Nations General Assembly meeting in special session. (www.un.org/esa/sustdev/documents/agenda21)

Also adopted by the UN in 1992 at the Earth Summit was the communitarian plan for reinventing a global government, called the UN Local Agenda 21. There were no public votes cast for or against it in any of the affected “free” nations. Average citizens were not consulted. The nations’ taxpayers were never even told about it. The major media outlets have been silent while the UN LA-21 laws have been imposed on all UN member nations, including the United States, and over 800 multi-national non-government organizations (NGO’s) were enlisted to help implement it.

According to the anti-communitarian website http://nord.twu.net/acl, the UN LA-21 is being implemented using “Neighborhood Plans.” While appearing to be guides to creating ultimate modern communities that preserve the natural beauty, character and resources in the neighborhoods while embracing sound environmental values, in reality these plans serve a more sinister purpose. Based on the communitarian land management program, they support the theory of creating a new system of law that eliminates our fundamental constitutional rights, including:

1. The First Amendment Right to petition for a redress of grievances;

2. The Fourth Amendment Right to protection from unlawful search and seizure;

3. The Fifth Amendment Right to due process under the law; and

4. In Washington State, its State Constitution Article One, Section One, PURPOSE OF GOVERNMENT, which is “... to protect and maintain individual rights.”

The “Programme for Further Implementation of Agenda 21 and the Commitments to the Rio Principles” were reaffirmed at the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) held in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2002.

Agenda 21 proponents are currently in Copenhagen, having arrived in personal jets and escorted in limousines. Al Gore, who claims man’s abuse of CO2 will result in the death of the planet by 2050, justifies this excessive use of carbon fuels by stating, “I buy carbon offsets.”

In his essay, he states how international capitalism, led by the United States has “broken down” and how “A new multilateral system based on sounder principals must be invented” through the use of the IMF (International Monetary Fund). Soros goes on to recommend SDR’s (Special Drawing Rights), created by the IMF, as a replacement for the declining US Dollar,
“The dollar no longer enjoys the trust and confidence that it once did… The US ought not to shy away from wider use of IMF Special Drawing Rights. Because SDRs are denominated in several national currencies, no single currency would enjoy an unfair advantage."
