Attorney Jim Corley displays some of his handguns in his Columbia, S.C., office, including the .32-caliber semiautomatic that he used to stop a holdup and kill a would-be robber.

Waving a chromed semiautomatic pistol, the robber pushed into the building in the bustling Five Points neighborhood of Columbia, S.C., just before 11 p.m. on April 11, 2009. “Gimme what you got!” he yelled, his gun hand trembling.
Attorney Jim Corley was one of four people in the room, the lounge area of a 12-step recovery group’s meeting hall. “He said, ‘Give me your wallet,’” Corley recalled. “So I reached around to my back pocket and gave him what was there.”
Unfortunately for the gunman, later identified as Kayson Helms, 18, of Edison, N.J., that was Corley’s tiny Kel-Tec .32, hidden in a wallet holster and loaded with a half-dozen hollow points. Corley fired once into the robber’s abdomen. The young man turned. Corley fired twice more, hitting him in the neck and again in the torso. Helms ran into the night and collapsed to die on a railroad embankment 100 feet away.

As the White house celebrates their socialist takeover of the healthcare industry, schools around the country are being forced to close due to severe budget deficiencies. As a result, many fear increased crime rates in the neighborhoods where these schools will shut down.
Gerald Celente, a Trends forecaster predicted that there would be increased violence as the financial collapse draws nearer. This is an interview from July, 2009:
Consider his predictions in light of the following article :

Residents fear empty schools will attract drug dealers and vandals
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - In a neighborhood dotted with boarded up homes, trash and gang graffiti, McCoy Elementary has been an oasis.
Now that the 94-year-old school is closing, residents are fearful that the neighborhood could become even worse, attracting drug dealers and vandals when the children are gone. McCoy is among the roughly half of Kansas City district schools expected to shut down before class resumes next fall, part of a wave of school closures across the country.
"When it does close, it's going to get bad around here," said Virginia Stanley, standing outside her home with her husband, her 22-year-old granddaughter and her two young great-grandchildren, who live with them.
Superintendents of struggling districts are winning praise for confronting budget woes by shuttering half-empty and underperforming schools, a move often blocked by local politics in the past. In many cases, the schools have been declining for years, but were never closed because residents and local advocacy groups fought to keep them. Now school leaders have an argument that trumps any parent outrage: The struggling economy makes these schools a luxury that districts can no longer afford.
More districts closing schools
About 6 percent of districts closed or consolidated schools this year, compared to about 3 percent in 2008-09, according to a survey conducted by the American Association of School Administrators. About 11 percent are expected to consider similar moves in 2010-11.
"It's going to continue because we don't see any short-term turnaround in the economy that would improve the situation for schools," said Dan Domenech, executive director of the American Association of School Administrators.
Kansas City's move earlier this month created waves because of how many of its schools will close. Detroit followed suit last week by moving to close nearly a quarter of its schools in a desperate bid to erase a $219 million budget deficit.
Before the Kansas City vote, civic leaders placed a full-page ad in the Kansas City Star to show support for the plan. Meanwhile, budget-balancing efforts in Detroit have won praise from Mayor Dave Bing and various parents' rights groups.
But residents in both cities say the cost-cutting has a price, robbing residents of a community resource, a meeting space for civic groups and a point of pride in otherwise blighted neighborhoods.
Kansas City residents complain that schools closed in years past have sat vacant, attracting vagrants. This time around, officials have vowed to do better finding suitable uses for closed buildings, but residents are wary.
Already, McCoy Elementary attracts drug users in the summer when classes aren't in session, Stanley's husband, James, says.
"Your property, I don't think it's going to be worth anything when you close the school," he said.
The whole Sustainable Developement plan - Agenda 21, is a plan to push the entire population of the U.S. onto 25% of the total landmass of the continent. Over 50 million acres of protected wildlife preserves and National Parks are now known as "Biospheres" where no human interaction is allowed, and "Bufferzones" where only very limited human activity will be allowed.
Homes and Housing developements and commercial real estate properties all over the country are being deserted due to foreclosure, and desertion. They are currently being bulldozed to "Leave room for nature" as the Georgia Guidestones state.
Here's an article from The Telegraph.co.uk. :
In an article from Freecountyproject.com Henry Lamb stated how these decisions concerning sustainable development would in effect be put in the hands of "visioning councils" with special grants from the Feds. Those states that comply would be given grants as opposed to the noncompliant states who would not recieve them.
Now that the health of the U.S. is in the hands of the White House Regime, Senater John Kerry, Joe Lieberman and Lindsey Graham are now seeking a Global Carbon Tax according to Infowars.com on March 23, 2010;

US cities may have to be bulldozed in order to survive
Dozens of US cities may have entire neighbourhoods bulldozed as part of drastic "shrink to survive" proposals being considered by the Obama administration to tackle economic decline.
The government looking at expanding a pioneering scheme in Flint, one of the poorest US cities, which involves razing entire districts and returning the land to nature....
Local politicians believe the city must contract by as much as 40 per cent, concentrating the dwindling population and local services into a more viable area....
Mr Kildee estimated another 3,000 needed to be demolished, although the city boundaries will remain the same...
"Much of the land will be given back to nature. People will enjoy living near a forest or meadow," he said.

Those states that comply would be given grants as opposed to the noncompliant states who would not recieve them.
Agenda 21 is a policy document adopted at the U.N. Conference on Environment and Development, by more than 170 nations in 1992. It was implemented in the United States by President Clinton’s Commission on Sustainable Development, created by Executive Order, with no Congressional debate or involvement. The agencies of government set out to implement the recommendations of Agenda 21 by rule, and by economic “incentives and disincentives.” This means, simply, that grants are available to states and communities that do what the feds want, and penalties and fund withdrawal await those communities that resist.
Throughout the 1990s, communities everywhere began to create “visioning councils,” with special grants from the feds. These visioning councils set out to transform local communities, and protect them from environmental and social disaster, by adopting “smart growth” policies - directly out of Agenda 21.
One of the high-priority recommendations of Agenda 21, and the PCSD, is to create a “new decision process.” This means - take the policy-making process out of the hands of elected officials, and put it in the hands of professionals. - Henry Lamb, 2005
Now that the health of the U.S. is in the hands of the White House Regime, Senater John Kerry, Joe Lieberman and Lindsey Graham are now seeking a Global Carbon Tax according to Infowars.com on March 23, 2010;
“Twenty-two Democratic senators have signed a letter calling for climate legislation within the year, although some observers question whether the White House will want another divisive vote as November midterm elections approach,” reports AFP.This is not the time to lay down, or to get discouraged America. We must keep up the fight against this illegal Regime that has turned totally to the Endgame Agenda of world domination. Barry Sotero, and the Regime are under the total control of the Rothschild Family, Wall Street, The Federal Reserve and the Cabal of globalists i.e. Rockefeller and those in the deepest shadows who are for now known only to the top elite.
The effort is led by the CFR insider and Bonesman John Kerry. “In the wake of health care’s passage, we have a strong case to make that this can be the next breakthrough legislative fight,” senator Kerry said on Tuesday. “Climate legislation is the single best opportunity we have to create jobs, reduce pollution and stop sending billions overseas for foreign oil from countries that would do us harm.”

With the passage of the legislation allowing the federal government to take control of the medical care system of the United States, a major turning point has been reached in the dismantling of the values and institutions of America.
Even the massive transfer of crucial decisions from millions of doctors and patients to Washington bureaucrats and advisory panels — as momentous as that is — does not measure the full impact of this largely unread and certainly unscrutinized legislation.
If the current legislation does not entail the transmission of all our individual medical records to Washington, it will take only an administrative regulation or, at most, an Executive Order of the President, to do that.
With politicians now having not only access to our most confidential records, and having the power of granting or withholding medical care needed to sustain ourselves or our loved ones, how many people will be bold enough to criticize our public servants, who will in fact have become our public masters? Despite whatever "firewalls" or "lockboxes" there may be to shield our medical records from prying political eyes, nothing is as inevitable as leaks in Washington. Does anyone still remember the hundreds of confidential FBI files that were "accidentally" delivered to the White House during Bill Clinton's administration?

March 22, 2010
Congressman Ron Paul appeared on FOX Business during the healthcare voting session Sunday, and explained how the healthcare bill was bad policy in so many ways - economically and morally - as well as bad constitutional law. He also went on to say how much of a farce the whole process was, with rules being voted into bills, and then how it would be amended, and how the move by Barack Obama to sign an executive order is not only outrageous, but also unconstitutional!
Ron Paul then went on say that he had a problem with the false notion that both Republicans and Democrats have - that is that we have a "right" to healthcare. " You have a right to your wife, you have a right to liberty, and you have a right to take care of yourself" he explained " but anytime a government tries to give you a service or something of substance, they have to steal it from somebody else."
Ron went on to explain that the whole process is morally wrong because it is based on government theft, and that's why the government has hired more than 16000 new IRS agents "because they have to steal more money" he stated.
In order to repeal the bill, it will take 60 Senate Republican votes, a Republican in the White House, and a very significant Republican majority vote in the House said the reporter for FOX News to Ron Paul when asking him what he thought it would take to repeal this bill. Ron Paul responded by saying "No- the bancruptcy of this country's going to repeal it," due to the endless spending overseas as well as the overspending here on welfare, meanwhile there seems to be no concern in our government. The national debt is at high boil, going up $2 trllion this year. Ron stated that we are not going out of the recession, but entering into a much bigger one, and there seems to be no concern that a bigger crisis is coming.
I'm sure David Rockefeller is overjoyed as he sees another stage of his vision towards world government fulfilled before his very eyes.
“For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists" and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."-Memoirs,Pg 405.
He comes from a family of globalists, and himself joined the Council on Foreign Relations in 1949, of which he is now the honorary chairman. He also founded the Trilateral Commission along with Zbigniew Brzezinski with the vision of a "New Economic Order."
And let's not forget Maurice Strong, who as Secretary General of the United Nations called for the rich industrialized nations of the world to come to economic collapse in order to force them into a world currency and a Global Carbon Tax! This slime ball later stepped down from his position as Secretary General due to an investigation of the "Oil for Food Programme" whereupon he was caught with a check he had endorsed to himself for $988,885 from a Jordanian Bank while working for Kofi Anan. He now lives in Communist China - David Rockefeller's Utopian Vision of a New World Order!
"One is impressed immediately by the sense of national harmony.... Whatever the price of the Chinese Revolution it has obviously succeeded... in fostering high morale and community purpose. General social and economic progress is no less impressive....The enormous social advances of China have benefited greatly from the singleness of ideology and purpose.... The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in history." David Rockefeller-New York Times, 8-10-1973.
Of course, David Rockefeller said this in 1973 (the same year he founded the Trilateral Commission) after his visit to China, praising the bloody Mao Tse Tung, who had murdered 40 million people!
This health care takeover is just another burden meant strategically to destroy the last vestiges of our economy, all while instituting further controls upon the American people - and ultimately all of civilization. Soon, Barry Sotero, and the rest of his cohorts in the Global community will be back with another assault in the form of a global Tax, and total economic control through a Global currency and Global Federal Reserve, i.e. the World Bank and International Monetary Fund!
Secretary Treasurer Timothy Geithner is also in on the conspiracy, saying that he would have no problem with a world currency to replace our dollar:
"Our hope is that we can work with Europe on a global framework, a global infrastructure which has appropriate global oversight, so we don't have a Balkanised system at the global level, like we had at the national level," -Timothy Geithner, 2009.
Systematic takeover and control is what this so-called health care bill is really about!!! I only hope enough Americans will have the courage to stand up now, and vote the traitors who passed this bill out of office this November! But don't rest then, - Cap and Trade is still on the horizon!!

Ohioans May Get To Vote On Healthcare Reform
Posted By CWeiser * March 22, 2010
We may all get to vote on health care reform this fall, if a Tea Party-related group has its way.
The Cincinnati Tea Party reports that the groups are holding a press conference at 2:30 p.m. today in the Ohio Statehouse on the proposed amendment.
Here’s the release from the Cincinnati 9/12 project. (The group would have to file 402,275 valid signatures by June 30 to get the issue on the ballot, the Dispatch reports).
Columbus, OH, March 22, 2010. The Ohio Liberty Council, a statewide coalition of 25 grassroots groups, including the Cincinnati Tea Party, today announced a proposed state constitutional amendment that will “preserve the freedom of Ohioans to choose their healthcare and healthcare coverage.”
The amendment, drafted by the 1851 Center for Constitutional Law, seeks to protect Ohioans from the financial burdens and individual mandates contained in the new federal healthcare law. The group filed constitutional amendment summary language and more than 3000 signatures from registered voters in 42 counties with the Ohio Secretary of State and Attorney General.
The amendment language is available at http://www.ohiolibertycouncil.org/
Twenty-six state legislatures have proposed constitutional amendments to block the individual mandates contained in the new federal law, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Today’s filing by the Ohio Liberty Council is the nation’s first citizen-initiated action.
“The Ohio Liberty Council seeks to preserve the freedom of Ohioans to choose their healthcare and healthcare coverage,” said Ohio Liberty Council President Chris Littleton. “With the passage of untenable national mandates on health insurance, the federal government is trampling on the direct constitutional authority and responsibility of state legislatures. This constitutional amendment will do what our leaders in the Statehouse have failed to do – protect Ohioans from federal mandates on personal behavior.”
“Obamacare significantly erodes individual liberties because of its severe penalties for non-compliance,” said 1851 Center Executive Director Maurice Thompson. “The federal government – through the IRS –now has the power to levy tens of thousands of dollars in fines on individuals who do not purchase health insurance from government-sanctioned private providers. The Ohio Liberty Council’s constitutional amendment will protect Ohioans from this draconian overreach.”
The amendment provides that:
· In Ohio, no law or rule shall compel, directly or indirectly, any person, employer, or health care provider to participate in a health care system;
· In Ohio, no law or rule shall prohibit the purchase or sale of health care or health insurance; and
· In Ohio, no law or rule shall impose a penalty or fine for the sale or purchase of health care or health insurance.
The amendment does not:
· Affect laws or rules in effect as of March 19, 2010;
· Affect which services a health care provider or hospital is required to perform or provide;
· Affect terms and conditions of government employment; and
· Affect any laws calculated to deter fraud or punish wrongdoing in the health care industry.

Poll: 46 percent of general practitioners feel Obamacare will force them out or make them want to leave medicine

So this isn't exactly a ringing endorsement from the nation's doctors:
46.3% of primary care physicians (family medicine and internal medicine) feel that the passing of health reform will either force them out of medicine or make them want to leave medicine.
Other key findings from the New England Journal of Medicine* poll:
62.7% of physicians feel that health reform is needed but should be implemented in a more targeted, gradual way, as opposed to the sweeping overhaul that is in legislation.
41% of physicians feel that income and practice revenue will “decline or worsen dramatically” with a public option.
30% feel income will “decline or worsen somewhat” with a public option.

Boehner: It's "Armageddon," Health Care Bill Will "Ruin our Country"
FOX NEWS.com
3:14 PM ET
The next 24 hours are "armageddon" because the health care bill proposed by Democrats will "ruin our country," House Minority Leader John Boehner said Saturday, a day before a crucial vote on the bill in the House.
Boehner made the charge first to the GOP caucus meeting where leaders were trying to rally lawmakers to keep fighting to get more "no" votes from wavering Democrats.
A raucous crowd of citizens surrounded the leader at a press conference chanting, "kill the bill!"
House Republican Conference Chairman Mike Pence of Indiana also said that the House of Representatives is not "the president's House...or the speaker's House...this is the people's House."
The comments pay homage to newly elected Senator Scott Brown, R-MA, who now famously said at a debate that he was not running for former Senator Ted Kennedy's seat, but rather the "people's seat."
