Military Vehicles Staging Behind Midland Texas Wal-Mart As Choppers Fill Skies - Are 'Blacked-Out' FEMA Buildings Being Built In Kentucky?

All Pipeline News
April 26, 2015

With this Jade Helm 15 'conspiracy theory' story slamming the Houston Chronicle and the state of Texas clearly in the bullseye of it all, the brand new 1st video below from DAHBOO77 from the Wal-Mart store in Midland, Texas shows what appears to be the staging of military vehicles behind the Wal-Mart while an All News Pipeline reader has sent us the pictures at the bottom of the story of a private security contractor called 'Central Defense Security' which, coincidentally or not, was also hanging out at the same Midland, Texas Wal-Mart.

The videos and pictures below are from separate sources of the same Wal-Mart and both of them depict what might be considered 'unusual activity' considering the buildup now taking place in Texas and across much of America for Jade Helm 15 and what many people feel will eventually lead to the inevitable declaration of martial law that will necessarily come along with the replacement of the US dollar as the world's reserve currency, leaving the US a 3rd world country.

This 2nd video is another one from Dahboo77 giving us more undeniable proof about a HUGE military vehicle buildup taking place across the country now. This video also contains footage of what are called mysterious 'blacked out' FEMA buildings that are now being built up in Kentucky although All News Pipeline has come across evidence that shows these buildings are not tied to FEMA at all and are in fact part of a distillery. We thank our readers who live in that area for setting the record straight and though we're told that a FEMA sign was on the front fence surrounding this building, they share no video or pictorial evidence of such a sign.

The first two photographs below are screenshots of the Dahboo77 video above showing military vehicles sitting on a truck behind the Midland, Texas Wal-Mart. Are those vehicles there in preparation of Jade Helm 15?

The new American retirement plan equates to working forever: Nonexistent nest eggs and most Americans are bad at planning as to how long they will live.

MyBudget360
April 24, 2015

The idea of retirement is a modern one especially when it comes to saving and having a nest egg.  In the past, retirement was only a luxury afforded to a small number of wealthy families.  The rest of the population was destined to work until they died.  That may seem harsh but that is historical fact.  After World War II the idea of mass retirement started to take hold.  Even Social Security was merely a safety net to keep you from starving or being homeless.  Social Security was never designed as the main source of income for retirees but that is what it has become.  Many older Americans simply did not prepare adequately.  The taking away of pension plans was supposed to usher in the era of the self-directed 401k.  One generation later the results are in and Americans are looking into the new retirement plan.  The new retirement plan is working forever (in other words, until people can no longer physically hold down a job).  This certainly doesn’t coincide with the brochures we see of older Americans galloping across the beach with cocktails in their hands.
The retirement savings crisis
Saving for retirement is flat out unsexy.  Advertising is designed to separate Americans from their money even if it involves them going into massive levels of debt.  Is it better to squirrel $500 a month away for 30 years in a boring index fund or is it better to lease a brand new shiny car?  Most opt for the car.  Also, with the median household income of $50,000 and the cost of living soaring, many Americans just don’t have money to set aside after all the bills are paid.
One scary fact is 30 percent of Americans flat out have zero dollars in retirement savings:
retirement-savings
And according to Census data the typical American household (bias by older families) has something like $17,000 to their name when we remove housing equity.  In other words, most Americans are not prepared for a long retirement.  And old age for many will be many years.  This is why you see many older Americans working deep into old age.  They simply need the money.  Food costs are high.  Housing costs are high.  And for this age group, healthcare costs are soaring.  Because of these changes people are pushing retirement age deeper into the future.
Average age of when people will retire and life prediction
Even as the economy recovered, the average age of expected and actual retirement has jumped up:
average age of retirement moving up
Americans are working more years than they once would have expected.  Having a nest egg is crucial to being able to retire.  And many Americans simply do not have adequate savings.  Planning for the future is difficult.  Many Americans are bad at planning how long they will live:
predictinghowlonglive
What does the chart above show?  That people over estimate how long they will live.  But this is also telling regarding psychology.  If people are so confident they will live late into life (75+) why are they planning so poorly when it comes to retirement?  The answer is the cost of living is soaring, inflation really does exist, and people still want to pretend like they are millionaires even though they are broke without debt.
Retirement money held in the hands of the few
Half of Americans don’t own one stock.  And the bulk of wealth is in the hands of a few.  84 percent of the nation’s wealth is held in the hands of the top 20 percent:
wealthdistribution
The rest whether they admit it or not, are going to rely on Social Security.  Most retired Americans rely on Social Security as their primary source of income.  Half of people on Social Security would be out on the streets if it were not for their monthly payment.  As far as retirement planning goes, there very little retirement or planning going on.  And we have 10,000 Americans hitting retirement age per day for the next decade.

Congress Moves to Grant Even More Power to the NSA

Activist Post
April 24, 2015

By Carey Wedler

Privacy advocates are urging the House of Representatives and Senate to vote against bills that further increase the government’s widespread surveillance of citizens. The bills, called the “Protecting Cyber Networks Act” (H.R. 1560) and the “Cybersecurity Information Sharing Act” (S. 754) are the latest move by lawmakers to bolster the strength of the domestic spying apparatus.

One of the main objectives of the new laws is to eliminate consequences for companies that share their users’ private information with the government. The bills refer to this as “liability protection.”

Letters written to members of the House and Senate from a coalition of privacy advocates caution lawmakers that the bills
…would significantly increase the National Security Agency’s (NSA) access to personal information, and authorize the federal government to use that information for a myriad of purposes unrelated to cyber security.
This is because a provision of the bill is to “require federal entities to automatically disseminate tothe NSA all cyber threat indicators they receive [from corporations], including personal information about individuals.”

One of the biggest problems with the bill, aside from exempting corporations from accountability and increasing NSA power, is the broad definition of a declared “cybersecurity threat.” As defined by the House version of the bill:
The term ‘cybersecurity threat’ means an action, not protected by the first amendment to the Constitution of the United States, on or through an information system that may result in an unauthorized effort to adversely impact the security, confidentiality, integrity, or availability of an information system or information that is stored on, processed by or transiting an information system.

Obama's executive action rollouts increasing in pace

USA Today
April 23, 2015

President Obama never used the words "executive action" until nearly three years into his presidency. Now announcements of executive actions have become a routine, almost daily occurrence.

WASHINGTON — As President Obama stood in an Everglades swamp to speak on climate change Wednesday, the White House rolled out a package of eight executive actions, implemented by seven government agencies, to "protect the people and places that climate change puts at risk."
The announcement contained no executive orders, sweeping directives, legislative proposals or bill signings.
Instead, the actions include smaller-bore staples of a "pen-and-phone" strategy that shows no sign of letting up: a report on the value of parks to the environment, a proclamation declaring National Parks Week, and conservation efforts in Florida, Hawaii, Puget Sound and the Great Lakes.
White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the actions were an effort to deal with the impacts of climate change "even in the face of pretty significant opposition from Republicans in Congress."
Indeed, the actions have a political component, part of a White House strategy to work around Congress and force Republicans to respond to the president's agenda.
"Since the election, the president has had a pretty explicit strategy," said Brian Deese, a senior Obama adviser. "And it has consisted of trying to stay on offense, trying to push where he can to move the agenda through executive action. You're going to keep seeing the president in that posture going forward."
"Executive action" — a phrase Obama never uttered publicly in the first two and a half years of his presidency — has now become so routine that new announcements come several times a week.
The actions can take many forms, from formal executive orders and presidential memoranda to more routine reports, meetings and internal bureaucratic changes. That makes any definitive count of lower-level executive actions difficult.
But by one measure, such policy rollouts are actually increasing in pace. The White House often announces executive actions with a fact sheet from the press office, and those spiked last year during what Obama called the "Year of Action." The White House issued 228 fact sheets in 2014, more than the first three years of his presidency combined.

Conservatives Face Armed Government ‘Witch Hunts’ In Wisconsin

Western Journalism

Since Scott Walker took office as governor of Wisconsin in 2011, he has faced the state’s bizarre “John Doe investigations”: witch hunts in search of a crime. They have expanded to include conservatives throughout the Badger State.
The tactics used in these investigations have often involved pre-dawn home raids by armed police officers. Those who are the subject of the investigations are prohibited, under force of law, from saying they are the subject of the state’s scrutiny to friends or family.
USA Today contributor Glen Harlan Reynolds, in a recent article entitled Wisconsin’s Dirty Prosecutors Pull A Putinwrote that the use of the government to go after political opponents is something that one expects under a dictatorship–but not something that should be happening in the United States of America.
A John Doe investigation, according to the statute, is a legal proceeding that a judge authorizes to investigate “any conduct that is prohibited by state law and punishable by fine or imprisonment or both.” It is like a grand jury investigation; but rather than falling on a jury of one’s peers to determine if there is likely criminal activity warranting prosecution, the entire process is overseen by a judge.
Wisconsin Democrats have consistently used it to go after Scott Walker under campaign finance laws. To date, they have failed; but they have also turned their guns to go after his supporters–and conservatives in general–in the state in search of any crime they can find. The key to the investigation going forward is finding an agreeable judge.

FACTS: Cops Kill Whites at Almost Double The Rate That Cops Kill Blacks

Liberty News
April 21, 2015

Matheny's Note: cops are killing whites and blacks at an alarming rate. I am by no means racist but I am sick of those that post only one side of the facts.....

Here are some statistics that are being roundly ignored by a media eager to push the lies that ooze out of Al Sharpton’s mouth on a daily basis: The real statistics show that cops kill whites at almost double the rate that they kill blacks.
Talks show host and columnist Larry Elder did some actual research (something the old media establishment avoids) and found that the claim that blacks are killed by cops more often than whites are killed is simply untrue. In fact, he found that the death by cop for blacks is down 75 percent since 1999.
So, not only is the “Hands Up” saying based on a lie, the entire, racebaiting movement against the police is based on a lie.

In 2012, according to the CDC, 140 blacks were killed by police. That same year 386 whites were killed by police. Over the 13-year period from 1999 to 2011, the CDC reports that 2,151 whites were killed by cops — and 1,130 blacks were killed by cops.Police shootings, nationwide, are down dramatically from what they were 20 or 30 years ago. The CDC reported that in 1968, shootings by law enforcement — called “legal intervention” by the CDC — was the cause of death for 8.6 out of every million blacks. For whites the rate was was .9 deaths per millionBy 2011, law enforcement shootings caused 2.74 deaths for every million blacks, and 1.28 deaths for every million whites. While the death-by-cop rate for whites has held pretty steady over these last 45 years, hovering just above or below the one-in-a-million level, the rate for blacks has fallen. In 1981, black deaths by cop stood at four in a million, but since 2000 has remained just above or below two in a million. So what’s driving this notion that there is now an “epidemic” of white cops shooting blacks when in the last several decades the numbers of blacks killed by cops are down nearly 75 percent?
What’s driving this notion? The Old Media desperate to give Al Sharpton a platform so that they can jointly help destroy America is the reason, Mr. Elder.

What's the deal with all of the Walmart Closings?

SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS!!! News
Mark Matheny
April 21, 2015

There have been recent reports of Walmart closings out west.  Here is part of a report from 10 News out of Tampa Bay concerning 5 Walmarts That closed due to "plumbing problems":

Customers are skeptical of Walmart's reason for closing. The Stores are not even in the same vicinity according to the news report, but are scattered across the U.S. Here is a report from CTN (Cyber Tribe Network) showing a military and police presence at one Walmart:   The Pete Santilli Show also covered The Walmart closings and upon investigation revealed that there are ties between Walmart and DHS:

Pete Santilli & Dani Mcpherson cover the news regarding the mysterious and sudden closure of 5 major Walmart Super Centers. In addition to the numerous reports in the mainstream and independent media, Pete adds some additional interesting information regarding WalMart's relationship with the Department of Homeland Security dating back to Hurricane Katrina.
In this video Pete displays a picture of WalMart's "EOC" (Emergency Operations Center), and comments about the EOC looking more like an NSA command center.
Pete's family member (brother) worked directly for Walmart Corporate headquarters in Bentonville Arkansas, and informed Pete about WalMart's relationship with the DHS. During Hurricane Katrina, the DHS coordinated heavily with Walmart since they have the resources to distribute disaster relief supplies. Since then, Walmart has also worked directly with the DHS by installing pinhole facial recognition cameras in their stores, scanning customers, and uploading/sharing the data with the Federal government.

Depressing Chart Shows The Difference Between Income Tax in 1913 and 2015

The Federalist Papers
April 21, 2015

Have you recovered from April 15th yet? Let’s hope so, because this chart is mega depressing.
The income tax officially began in 1913 after Congress passed the Sixteenth Amendment, and this nifty little chart shows how it has progressed.

chart
There’s more from IJ Review:
The first tax bill came from the Woodrow Wilson administration in 1913. Wilson made the income tax a key part of his electoral campaign (the Republican party platform of 1912 did not mention the income take [sic]). …
Supporters of the new amendment called it “a victory for social justice and reform.” The press, however, openly debated the topic in 1913:
The Philadelphia Public Ledger: “Income taxes give rise to mendacity, to espionage, and to inquisitions that are vexatious, but they have one great virtue: direct taxes bring home… the meaning of taxation and of expensive governmental undertakings with certainty and power”
The St. Louis Globe-Democrat: “This is the most objectionable of all forms of taxes.”
The New York Herald: “Wrong in principle and un-American in Spirit.”
The Springfield Republican: “The Sixteenth Amendment owes its existence mainly to the West and South, where individual incomes of $5,000 or over are comparatively few.”
The Evening Mail: “He has a mean spirit who objects to an income tax.” …
Richard Byrd, the Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates in 1913, gave a harsh prediction of what he imagined income tax would become:
A hand from Washington will be stretched out and placed upon every man’s business; the eye of the Federal inspector will be in every man’s counting house. The law will of necessity have inquisitorial features, it will provide penalties, it will create complicated machinery. Under it men will be hailed into courts distant from their homes.
Heavy fines imposed by distant and unfamiliar tribunals will constantly menace the tax payer. An army of Federal inspectors, spies and detectives will descend upon the state. Who of us who have had knowledge of the doings of the Federal officials in the Internal Revenue service can be blind to what will follow?

Vatican to Host Major Climate Conference

The New American
April 19, 2015

Vatican to Host Major Climate Conference
Pope Francis is convening a landmark climate change conference April 28 in Vatican City. Entitled "Protect the Earth, Dignify Humanity: The Moral Dimensions of Climate Change and Sustainable Development," the meeting will feature an opening address by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (shown with the pope in 2013) as well as statements and panel discussions involving 60 world religious leaders and scientists. The day-long event is sponsored by the Pontifical Academies of Sciences and Social Sciences, the UN's Sustainable Development Solutions Network, and Religions for Peace, a non-governmental organization (NGO) headquartered at the United Nations in New York City.
Bishop Sanchez Sorondo, chancellor of the Pontifical Academies of Sciences and Social Sciences, told the Catholic aid agencyCAFOD that the pope hopes to influence the UN's climate change talks scheduled to begin this November in Paris. "The idea is to convene a meeting with leaders of the main religions to make all people aware of the state of our climate and the tragedy of social exclusion," Sorondo explained.
Apparently, social exclusion ceases to be a tragedy when applied to the tens of thousands of prestigious scientists worldwide who reject the notion that humans are disrupting Earth's climate and destroying the global environment. None of them are slated for the pope's conference. Instead, the speakers list is limited to eco-cheerleaders such as American economist Jeffrey Sachs, who directs the Earth Institute at Columbia University, and University of California professor Veerabhadran Ramanathan, who has called global warming "the most important environmental issue facing the world today."

VIDEO: ARMED NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS CONDUCT EXERCISE NEAR CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUND

Infowars News
April 21, 2015

Video footage sent to Infowars by a listener in Staunton, Virginia shows armed National Guard troops carrying out maneuvers near a public playground yesterday morning.
“This was a Sunday morning exercise. They appeared to be heading to carry out PT (physical training) at some other location,” the man who shot the video tells us. “This was in a city park and people were walking, jogging, and enjoying the playground with their children.”
“What struck me were the M1As or M16s they were carrying (whether real or plastic) I could not tell the difference. I drove up as close as possible to them as they turned to my left onto the sidewalk,” he adds.
One of the soldiers confirms that they are part of the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, which is currently assigned to the Virginia Army National Guard and is based out of the Thomas Howie Memorial Armory in Staunton, Virginia. The troops were filmed at Gypsy Hill Park, which is situated next to the Armory.
The Guard troops behave in a friendly manner and are willing to engage in casual conversation, but some have expressed concerns about armed personnel conducting maneuvers in public, suggesting that such activity should be done on base.
Others insist that the activity is perfectly routine and nothing to be worried about.
Last week, we featured a video out of Ontario, California which showed National Guard troops marching down a residential street while chanting military cadence and performing traffic control drills. Some locals claimed that such public drills were not commonplace.
Concerns about military personnel operating in public places are heightened in anticipation of the nationwide Jade Helm military exercise, a drill which will revolve around soldiers operating “undetected amongst civilian populations,” to see if they can infiltrate without being noticed.
A National Guard exercise based around dealing with civil unrest after a dirty bomb attack in Richmond, California which took place earlier this month featured role players acting as angry Americans yelling ‘right-wing’ rhetoric.
Footage captured by a local shows Guard troops pushing irate citizens away with batons before one of the protest group states, “I’m a sovereign citizen, I refuse to recognize you guys, I refuse to recognize you.”
Disturbing video out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida last month also showed military and law enforcement practicing the internment of citizens during martial-law style training.
