Were you one of those in ecstasy at the swearing in of Obama? Well apparently the euphoria is wearing off after 3 years of the systematic destruction of our country By Obama and his Wall Street boys, and the Federal Reserve who have robbed, raped and pillaged the American people.
The Gallop Daily Poll Shows that back in January of 2009, 68% of the American people were duped into the "hope and change" teleprompter message of Barack (Barry Seotero) Obama, while only 12% of the Americans that had not succumbed to the federal programs of the NEA, FDA, NSA, and CIA believed that Obama was not the one they wanted running the still somewhat free world.
Well, now it is 2011, and things have indeed "changed" - but not for the better.
Unemployment rates are still at 9.1% according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and foodstamps recipients are now at a whopping 45,344,946 people !
The only good hope and change is that Obama's approval rating now stands at 39% approval by the Americans that are still waiting on the "hope and change" message, while 59% of the people are waking up to the fact that America is under assault from the secretive entities who have plotted to destroy the sovereignty of nation-states in favor of a "New World Order".
Now we must break away from the Globalist format of the Left- Right Paradigm, and commit to standing for truth. We must expose the Fed, and the criminal United Nations.
We must also choose the right man for the job to begin restoring the REPUBLIC of the United States - and that man is Ron Paul in 2012!
"It is not enough to know that there is a shadow government pulling the strings of the visible government- we must also act to expose it, and defeat it!"-Mark Matheny
Ron Paul warns journalists: You could be next on Obama’s ‘kill list’
At a recent luncheon at the National Press Club, Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul warned journalists that they could be placed on a “kill list” should the government deem them a threat to national security.
The Associated Press reported that the Texas congressman encouraged journalists and citizens alike to condemn the President’s actions, lest they find themselves placed on the list for their own views.
“Can you imagine being put on a list because you’re a threat?” an exasperated Paul asked. “What’s going to happen when they come to the media? What if the media becomes a threat? … This is the way this works. It’s incrementalism.”
Homeland Security moves forward with ‘pre-crime’ detection
An internal U.S. Department of Homeland Security document indicates that a controversial program designed to predict whether a person will commit a crime is already being tested on some members of the public voluntarily, CNET has learned.
If this sounds a bit like the Tom Cruise movie called “Minority Report,” or the CBS drama “Person of Interest,” it is. But where “Minority Report” author Philip K. Dick enlisted psychics to predict crimes, DHS is betting on algorithms: it’s building a “prototype screening facility” that it hopes will use factors such as ethnicity, gender, breathing, and heart rate to “detect cues indicative of mal-intent.”
The latest developments, which reveal efforts to “collect, process, or retain information on” members of “the public,” came to light through an internal DHS document obtained under open-government laws by the Electronic Privacy Information Center. DHS calls its “pre-crime” system Future Attribute Screening Technology, or FAST.
“If it were deployed against the public, it would be very problematic,” says Ginger McCall, open government counsel at EPIC, a nonprofit group in Washington, D.C.

World facing worst financial crisis in history, Bank of England Governor says
The world is facing the worst financial crisis since at least the 1930s “if not ever”, the Governor of the Bank of England said last night.

Sir Mervyn King was speaking after the decision by the Bank’s Monetary Policy Committee to put £75billion of newly created money into the economy in a desperate effort to stave off a new credit crisis and a UK recession.
Economists said the Bank’s decision to resume its quantitative easing [QE], or asset purchase programme, showed it was increasingly fearful for the economy, and predicted more such moves ahead.
Sir Mervyn said the Bank had been driven by growing signs of a global economic disaster.
“This is the most serious financial crisis we’ve seen, at least since the 1930s, if not ever. We’re having to deal with very unusual circumstances, but to act calmly to this and to do the right thing.”
Panetta: loose lips on CIA’s not-so-secret secret Drone Program
Washington Post
October 7, 2011
SIGONELLA NAVAL AIR STATION, Italy — One of the U.S. government’s worst-kept secrets is the CIA’s program to hunt and kill suspected terrorists with armed drones. Everybody knows the CIA does it. The agency, however, refuses to publicly acknowledge the covert program, a fig leaf that has obscured the CIA’s operations and limited official accountability.
So ears perked up Friday when Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta not once, but twice made cracks about the agency’s fleet of unmanned Predator drones while visiting troops in Italy.
Panetta, who served as CIA director prior to becoming Pentagon chief in July, jokingly told an auditorium full of sailors at the U.S. naval base in Naples that he was enjoying his new job because of all the firepower at his disposal.
“Obviously I have a hell of a lot more weapons available to me here than I had at the CIA,” he said. “Although the Predators aren’t bad.”

In response to last week’s killing of Barry Deloatch at the hands of 2 New Brunswick police officers, demonstrators rallied at the site he was shot dead. One of the rally’s organizers and an innocent bystander on her bicycle were arrested by an army of New Brunswick police officers in riot gear… for no good reason.
The investigating authorities still have not said why the officers killed Deloatch shortly after midnight on September 22, nor have they released the officers’ names.

How investment banks turned housing and student loans into a toxic and financial disaster – Middle class largest asset coopted by banking sector to raid and speculate on. Financial sector nearly 30 percent of all corporate profits in U.S. In the 1950s it was under 10 percent.

Most Americans pull their net worth from their investment in good old housing. It is the biggest purchase most will ever make. And because of this, after the Great Depression, housing was a boring yet stable investment class. It had to be. This is the cornerstone of wealth for most Americans. Banks used to do their due diligence by verifying income and typically having a say in their local communities.
All that changed starting in the 1980s. The first foray into banking corruption in housing came with the S&L Crisis. Thrifts largely gave out money with unsustainable interest rate schemes and when the market imploded, the taxpayers had to step in to bail out the banks. Yet during the process, many Wall Street financial firms made out like bandits on junk bonds and other “financial innovation” which was nothing more than sugarcoated robbery. Then in the late 1990s the depression era Glass-Steagall act was repealed and all bets were off. In a debt based system, housing was the largest debt class for Americans and investment banks decided to turn it into one giant casino.
This financialization of our country is at the core of the disappearing middle class. Financial firms are largely wards of the state and operate to suck out rents from the productive economy.

A county in Florida has installed fingerprint scanners in school buses. Described as “one of the most monumental things that Washington County has ever done” by an education bureaucrat, the machines have been used since the beginning of the school year.
School officials decided moving the scanners to the buses was a more effective way to monitor students. They plan to have a scanner and laptop installed on every bus in the district.
“We got to talking about attendance in our district and how it was inconsistent,”School Superintendent Sandra Cook told WJHG, an NBC affiliate in Panama City, Florida.
The effort to digitally monitor the whereabouts of students in Florida follows a national trend. In 2010, the Los Angeles Unified School District told students they would have to submit to a compulsory biometric identification system in order to receive lunch. Other K-12 schoolshave used fingerprint and biometric systems during lunch and to improve reimbursement for federal programs such No Child Left Behind.
Police in Ohio used CompuLink laptop computers to record children’s fingerprints at the Stark County Fair and other events in 2007. The information was uploaded to the federal Amber Alert system.
In 2010, a school district in Philadelphia faced a class action lawsuit after it allegedly issued laptop computers to 1,800 students across two high schools and then used concealed cameras within the machines to spy on students and their parents without their knowledge or consent.
Obama Has Increased Debt More than All Presidents from Washington Through H.W. Bush Combined
The Obama administration passed another fiscal milestone this week, according tonew datareleased by the Treasury Department. As of the close of business on Oct. 3, the total national debt was $14,837,099,271,196.71—up about $44.8 billion from Sept. 30.
That means that in the less-than-three-years Obama has been in office, the federal debt has increased by $4.212 trillion–more than the total national debt of about $4.1672 trillion accumulated by all 41 U.S. presidents from George Washington through George H.W. Bush combined.
This $4.212-trillion increase in the national debt means that during Obama’s term the federal government has already borrowed about an additional $35,835 for every American household–or $44,980 for every full-time private-sector worker. (According to the Census Bureau there were about 117,538,000 households in the country in 2010, and, according to theBureau of Labor Statistics, there were about 93,641,000 full-time private-sector workers.)
When Obama was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2009, according to the Treasury Department, the total national debt stood at $10,626,877,048,913.08.
Ron Paul Leads Hearing On First Ever Audit Of Fed

Texas Congressman and 2012 presidential candidate Ron Paul held hearings Tuesday into a recent and rare one off audit of the Federal Reserve’s crisis-response emergency lending programs of 2008.
In his role as chairman of the Domestic Monetary Policy subcommittee, Paul relished the glimmer of transparency that was afforded as part of the Dodd-Frank Act, signed into law last year.
“More people now are starting to realize that the Fed isn’t independent of political independence because indirectly and some times more directly it is involved in political decisions or at least private decisions to serve some political interest.” Paul told those gathered at the hearing.
Along with Paul, Republicans in attendance argued that the audit should pave the way for regular reviews of the Fed’s policies, as well as more complete disclosure of exactly who has received upwards of $27 trillion in bail out funds since 2008.
“Would it be much of a problem if we were doing this every year?” Paul asked.
Robert Auerbach, Professor of Public Affairs at the University of Texas, backed Paul up by putting the case that regular and ongoing audits would not affect the Fed’s independence in any major way.
“The Fed’s mythical flag of independence from politics, a favorite Fed mantra to avoid individual responsibility, is merely a shield intended to protect the institution from being forced to act in a more transparent fashion,” Auerbach testified.
Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, Republican of Missouri, expressed concern that although the GAO’s audit authority is now expired, some banks and firms that “borrowed” from the Fed, and by extension the American taxpaying public, as part of the Bear Sterns and AIG relief packages, have yet to pay back the funds.
Luetkemeyer also noted that the one time GAO audit was extremely limited in its scope.
GOP Lawmakers Expand Investigation Into White House Role in Solyndra Controversy

The GOP-led House committee probing Solyndra, a solar company that filed for bankruptcy last month after receiving a $528 million loan, is expanding its investigation to include all communications between the White House and Solyndra.
The committee stepped up its investigation after newly released emails showed administration officials had been concerned about the company’s finances.
Reps. Fred Upton, R-Mich., chairman of the Energy and Commerce Committee, and Cliff Stearns, R-Fla., chairman of the Energy committee's Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee, are requesting all documents dating back to when President Obama took office in January 2009.

And the next President of the United States will be: teleprompter populist extraordinaire, Barack Obama.
Should the Republicans nominate one of the three current frontrunners – Mitt Romney, Rick Perry or Michelle Bachmann – Barack “Back-on-track” Obama wins (despite polls showing him with just a 41 percent approval rating) by playing the populist card he’s already begun to deal, forecasts Gerald Celente, Trends Journalpublisher.
The President is already calling the bluff of his Republican foes, demanding a millionaire’s tax and daring a gridlocked Congress not to pass it.
“Warren Buffet’s secretary shouldn’t pay a higher tax rate than Warren Buffet,” Obama moralizes. “It is wrong that in the United States of America, a teacher, or a nurse, or a construction worker who earns $50,000 should pay higher tax rates than someone pulling in $50 million.”
Obama began rehearsing his self-described role as “warrior for the middle class” some months ago. In the Summer 2011 issue of the Trends Journal, we alerted subscribers to Obama’s populist campaign strategy:
Undaunted by his string of broken promises, in the Summer of 2011, the born-again populist positioned himself to retain his core Democratic base, while wooing swelling legions of the hard-pressed, desperate for a government handout … the out of work and down and out were left with a Hobson’s Choice: either take Obama or be left out in the cold by Republicans.
So, in a classic reversal of his recent stance as “Accommodator in Chief,” Obama now vows notto cut the one program most Republicans want to either eliminate or drastically reconfigure, but which voters hold sacred: Social Security. “Obama Plan Won’t Include Changes to Social Security,” read the Sept. 15 Wall Street Journal headline. As for Medicare, Obama has promised to “fix” it sometime in the future … well after the election.
And who gets hurt if Social Security and Medicare get cut? The 78 million retirement-age baby boomers who need the entitlements most, who can afford the cuts the least – and who vote.
“Their health costs are going up; their investments are going down. They’re deep in debt, most without enough to retire on, and the Republicans want to give them less,” notes Celente incredulously. “It’s a suicidal strategy that’s stranger than fiction. It’s as though the Republican campaign has been devised by insidious Democratic infiltrators.”
This is why the new, tough-talking Obama is painting Republicans as the party that “does everything for corporate America and nothing for middle America,” says Celente.

Documents Suggest Holder Knew About 'Fast and Furious' Earlier Than He Claimed

However, in a July 2010 memo, Michael Walther, director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, told Holder straw buyers in the Operation Fast and Furious case "are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then supplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels."

For the first time, documents appear to show Attorney General Eric Holder was made aware of the Operation Fast and Furious earlier than he claimed -- up to 9 nine months earlier.
The documents seem to contradict what Holder told a House Judiciary Committee on May 3, when he said he could not recall the exact date, but he'd "probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks."
However, in a July 2010 memo, Michael Walther, director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, told Holder straw buyers in the Operation Fast and Furious case "are responsible for the purchase of 1,500 firearms that were then supplied to the Mexican drug trafficking cartels."
Also, on October 18, 2010, one of Holder's chief deputies, Lanny Breuer, chief of the department's Criminal Division, told Holder in a memo that prosecutors were ready to issue indictments in Operation Fast and Furious.
Red Mass Marks New Supreme Court Term; Key Second Amendment Case Ahead
The Justice Department and EEOC challenge ‘ministerial exception.’
by JOAN FRAWLEY DESMOND 10/03/2011 Comment
WASHINGTON — The 2011 Red Mass, held yesterday in the nation’s capital, marked a new term for the Supreme Court.
Briefly forgotten amid the spectacle of crimson vestments and a Knights of Columbus honor guard at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle was a critical Second Amendment case that will get its day at the nation’s high court. Tomorrow, the justices will hear oral arguments for Hosanna-Tabor Church v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, No. 10-553.
The case turns on whether a Lutheran church, which fired a teacher at a church school, should be subject to federal anti-discrimination laws protecting disabled employees.
The Lutheran church contends that the intrusion of the courts in this matter “would be a revolution in relations between church and state.” The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops backs that position, arguing that the nation’s courts have long supported the “ministerial exception,” which allows churches to make appointments without interference.
The bishops are deeply concerned that the Justice Department has sided with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, thus bolstering the challenge to the ministerial exception.
“This case is hugely important for all Christian denominations and religions. It is the first time the Supreme Court has heard a ministerial-exception case,” said Michael Moses, associate general counsel for the U.S. bishops’ conference.
The Red Mass drew all six of the Catholic justices on the Supreme Court: Chief Justice John Roberts and Justices Samuel Alito, Sonia Sotomayor, Anthony Kennedy, Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas.
