Unusual ‘Transport’ Vehicle Causing Some Concern

Picture
The only thing I could think of is potentially FEMA movement vehicles. Has anyone seen these things before? What are these vehicles? Who uses them?

Do you think the government gestapo ready for the round-up “arrest the usual suspects”… very, very interesting!

ADDING THIS: The person that MAY (I don’t know for certain if he was the originator) have sent the original email asking what type of vehicles they are, put his location as being Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The truck: The Navistar 7000

National defense forces of Iraq, Afghan police and military and Canadian military all use it.

Just under 10,000 ordered by the U.S. & Judging The paint scheme on it, it is not going overseas

Put this email in the same file with the order of six bazillion hollow points rounds, the FEMA determent camps, the prisoner rail cars, and the 1 million body bags and the 1 million plastic coffins. Nothing strange going on here, huh. NOTHING AT ALL!

Falling home prices drag new buyers under water

Reuters
April 26, 2012

(Reuters) - More than 1 million Americans who have taken out mortgages in the past two years now owe more on their loans than their homes are worth, and Federal Housing Administration loans that require only a tiny down payment are partly to blame.
That figure, provided to Reuters by tracking firm CoreLogic, represents about one out of 10 home loans made during that period.
It is a sobering indication the U.S. housing market remains deeply troubled, with home values still falling in many parts of the country, and raises the question of whether low-down payment loans backed by the FHA are putting another generation of buyers at risk.
As of December 2011, the latest figures available, 31 percent of the U.S. home loans that were in negative equity - in which the outstanding loan balance exceeds the value of the home - were FHA-insured mortgages, according to CoreLogic.
Many borrowers, particularly since late 2010, thought they were buying at the bottom of a housing market that had already suffered steep declines, but have been caught out by a continued fall in prices in wide swaths of America.
Even for loans taken out in December - less than four months ago and the last month for which data is available - nearly 44,000 borrowers, or about 7.5 percent of the total, now find themselves under water.
"The overwhelming majority of the U.S. is still seeing home prices decline," said CoreLogic senior economist Sam Khater. "Many borrowers continue to be quickly wiped out."

Strassel: The President Has a List

Barack Obama attempts to intimidate contributors to Mitt Romney's campaign.

Wall Street Journal
April 27, 2012

Try this thought experiment: You decide to donate money to Mitt Romney. You want change in the Oval Office, so you engage in your democratic right to send a check.
Several days later, President Barack Obama, the most powerful man on the planet, singles you out by name. His campaign brands you a Romney donor, shames you for "betting against America," and accuses you of having a "less-than-reputable" record. The message from the man who controls the Justice Department (which can indict you), the SEC (which can fine you), and the IRS (which can audit you), is clear: You made a mistake donating that money.
Are you worried?
Richard Nixon's "enemies list" appalled the country for the simple reason that presidents hold a unique trust. Unlike senators or congressmen, presidents alone represent all Americans. Their powers—to jail, to fine, to bankrupt—are also so vast as to require restraint. Any president who targets a private citizen for his politics is de facto engaged in government intimidation and threats. This is why presidents since Nixon have carefully avoided the practice.
Save Mr. Obama, who acknowledges no rules. This past week, one of his campaign websites posted an item entitled "Behind the curtain: A brief history of Romney's donors." In the post, the Obama campaign named and shamed eight private citizens who had donated to his opponent. Describing the givers as all having "less-than-reputable records," the post went on to make the extraordinary accusations that "quite a few" have also been "on the wrong side of the law" and profiting at "the expense of so many Americans."
These are people like Paul Schorr and Sam and Jeffrey Fox, investors who the site outed for the crime of having "outsourced" jobs. T. Martin Fiorentino is scored for his work for a firm that forecloses on homes. Louis Bacon (a hedge-fund manager), Kent Burton (a "lobbyist") and Thomas O'Malley (an energy CEO) stand accused of profiting from oil. Frank VanderSloot, the CEO of a home-products firm, is slimed as a "bitter foe of the gay rights movement."
These are wealthy individuals, to be sure, but private citizens nonetheless. Not one holds elected office. Not one is a criminal. Not one has the barest fraction of the position or the power of the U.S. leader who is publicly assaulting them.

Government Secretly Prepares To Evacuate Chicago During NATO Summit

“Standby shelters” readied for residents

April 26, 2012
A leaked directive issued to the Red Cross indicates that the federal government has prepared plans to evacuate Chicago during the NATO summit.
An email sent to Red Cross volunteers in the Milwaukee area notes that the NATO summit in May could “create unrest or another national security incident.”
“The American Red Cross in southeastern Wisconsin has been asked to place a number of shelters on standby in the event of evacuation of Chicago,” the email, which was leaked to CBS News, reads.
A spokesperson for the Red Cross Chapter told CBS “Our direction has come from the City of Chicago and the Secret Service”.
While the Secret Service has not commented on the news, officials at Chicago’s Office of Emergency Management and Communication have denied having anything to do with the directive.
Two weeks ago residents were startled by urban warfare drills conducted in downtown Chicago on the authority of the OMEC. Huge black hawk helicopters were seen flying low and in between buildings for hours. It now appears that these exercises may be linked to the secret preparations.
In addition, earlier this week a number of Chicago area residents revealed that they havebeen asked to leave their homes in preparation for major rioting.
The residents received letters from management that read:
“We are STRONGLY recommending that all residents find places to stay during the conference from May 18 through May 21.”
“In the event of a riot or the potential of one near the building, all access doors will be locked including the garage door,” the letter continues. “For everyone’s safety, we will be instructing anyone in the building to stay in his or her unit.”
The fact that, “The American Red Cross in southeastern Wisconsin has been asked to place a number of shelters on standby in the event of evacuation of Chicago,” dovetails with reports earlier this year that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) put out a request for contractors to construct temporary emergency camps inside the United States which can be ready for occupancy within a 72 hour time period and used to house emergency responders as well as “displaced citizens.”
The camps are primarily designed to house emergency responders, but will also be utilized to shelter “displaced citizens,” who will be “given the first opportunities for employment within the camp,” according to the solicitation. The camps will be able to service up to 2,000 people at one time.
Scenarios based around displaced citizens were also part of the 2010 Operation Vigilant Guard exercises in Chicago which featured Polish troops training with the Illinois National Guard.

Anthony "Tony" Perkins, President of the Family Research Council, a conservative Christian think tank and public policy foundation based in Washington, D.C., recently stated that questions concerning Obama's birth certificate are a legitimate issue.

While appearing on Washington Watch Radio, April 24, 2012, Tony Perkins pointed to the Presstitute media's role in marginalizing and attacking those who simply want the truth about Obama's birth certificate, status, and legitimacy.

" And what the media has done, going back to an earlier discussion about the media, is that they have attempted to marginalize anyone who challenges this administration on those principles and that driving ideology, you know. It goes back to what they did to those that, you know, questioned his birth certificate.
Look - I don't know about all that, but I will tell you this: It's a legitimate issue from the standpoint of what the Constitution says, and I think what we've done is,.. we've done great harm to the foundation of our government by .. uh.. marginalizing and attacking anyone who brings up a legitimate issue..."

‘JUSTICE FOR TRAYVON’: BLACK MOB ALLEGEDLY BEATS WHITE MAN IN MOBILE, AL

Breitbart
April 25, 2012

Editor's Note: Why hasn't Mr. Obama condemned this act of violence? Where are the rest of those who cried out for the death of Zimmerman? Where are the civil rights groups now?  .....Where will it end?

WKRG reports today that Mobile, Alabama police are asking for help from the community after Matthews Owens, a white citizen, was beaten into critical condition, allegedly by a mob of black adults.

Owens “fussed at some kids” playing basketball on Saturday night – they were playing in the road. The children reportedly left and “a group of adults returned, armed with everything but the kitchen sink.” They beat Owens with objects including pipes, paint cans, brass buckles, and chairs. Cpl. Chris Levy of the Mobile Police Department said there were “a ton of people there, but for some reason, not a lot of details were given to investigators that night. Somebody knows what happened.”
Owens’ sister, Ashley Parker, witnessed the events and recounted, “It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed. They chased him and beat him on the front porch of his residence … The news won’t touch this story.” She said the group beating Owens was about 20 strong and entirely comprised of black adults. According to Parker, one of them stated, “Now that’s justice for Trayvon” as the group walked away from Owens’ bleeding body. Owens is in critical condition; according to Parker, he has “bleeding on his brain.”

Russian Troops To Target Terrorists in America As Part of Drill

Joint U.S.-Russian anti-terror exercise stokes fears of martial law
Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Thursday, April 26, 2012
Russian airborne troops are set to train how to target terrorists in America as part of a joint anti-terror drill with the United States which will take place in Fort Carson, Colorado at the end of next month.
“Airborne troops from Russia and the United States would hold joint anti-terror drills in the U.S. state of Colorado between May 24 and 31,”reports the Xinhua news agency, citing Russian Defense Ministry Col. Alexander Kucherenko. The story was also reported by Russian news outletRIA Novosti.
The exercises, which will mark the first time the respective country’s two airborne forces have held joint drills on U.S. territory, will revolve around the the “reconnaissance of imaginary terrorists’ camp and a raid,” and will also involve evacuations of the troops by helicopter.
The Russian soldiers will also be given access to U.S. special service weapons at Fort Carson.
However, the Russian troops won’t just be confined to a U.S. military base – on May 27 they’ll be out in the local community attending a baseball game in Colorado Springs.
“This announcement comes at a time when Russia actually has troops working in cooperation with China,” points out Business Insider’s Eloise Lee, making reference to one of the largest ever Russian-Sino naval drills currently underway in the Yellow Sea.
Alex Jones has documented foreign troops being trained on U.S. soil to deal with “insurgents” since the late 1990′s as part of “urban warfare drills”.
Back in July 2010, our reporters covered the Operation Vigilant Guard exercises in Chicagowhich involved Polish troops training alongside U.S. National Guard troops in drills focused around raiding terrorists and drug dealers.
According to SFC Mark Ballard of the Illinois National Guard, the Polish forces were “integrating into some of the civil military units that are participating in this exercise” as part of Illinois’ partnership with the Republic of Poland, a relationship based around “integrative training” and blending military and civilian forces in the event of a national emergency, as well as making this process of integration with foreign troops more “visible”.
The exercises also involved volunteers from Boy Scouts of America, which was telling in light of a 2009 New York Times report which detailed how Homeland Security is training boy scouts to take on and disarm “disgruntled veterans” who are described as “terrorists”.
Fears that foreign troops would be used to carry out gun confiscations and incarcerate American citizens during a time of martial law have circulated for decades, concerns stoked by remarks such as the following quote from Henry Kissinger reportedly made at the 1991 Bilderberg conference in Evian, France.
“Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful,” Kissinger stated.
The idea of foreign soldiers taking over America has often cropped up in television series and movies, most notably in the 1984 film Red Dawn, which depicted the United States being invaded by Soviet troops.
It is important to add that a story circulating which attempts to piggy-back off these confirmed drills in claiming that the U.S. has given Russian troops permission to “take and hold Denver airport” comes from a notorious disinformation source which routinely puts out bogus articles and as such should be completely disregarded as a hoax.
Watch our report about Polish troops training to target terrorists on U.S. soil in the video below.

Granny Lulu Campbell Thwarts 2 Would-be Robbers -- By Getting In A Shootout With Them

AOL News
April 24, 2012

Authorities in Georgia say a grandmother foiled a robbery attempt by two armed men by getting into a shootout with them, injuring one man.
Police told The Telegraph that Lulu Campbell just dropped off her grandson at her daughter's house early Saturday morning when someone demanded money outside her car, threatening to shoot her.
Campbell says the man fired at her, missing. The 57-year-old fired back, striking him in the chest. Her truck sustained eight bullet holes in the hood, one in the grill. Both front side windows were destroyed. The second man fled after she shot at him.
Campbell, who owns convenience stores and gas stations, always is armed.
Police say 32-year-old Brenton Lance Spencer has been hospitalized and was charged with aggravated assault and attempted armed robbery.

US jobless aid requests near 3-month high

Fox News
April 26, 2012

The number of people seeking U.S. unemployment benefits remained stuck near a three-month high last week, a sign that hiring has likely slowed since winter.

The Labor Department said Thursday that weekly applications dipped 1,000 to a seasonally adjusted 388,000. It was little changed from the previous week's figure, the highest since Jan. 7.

The four-week average, a less volatile measure, rose to 381,750, also the highest in three months.
Applications jumped sharply three weeks ago, a sign that employers had stepped up layoffs and added fewer jobs. Economists said the increase might have been inflated by temporary layoffs during the spring holidays, when many school employees are laid off.

But applications haven't dropped back since then. The increase follows a report earlier this month that showed hiring slowed in March.

Many economists suggested that weather might have distorted the March jobs report. A warmer winter likely pulled some hiring that normally would have occurred last month into January and February. They have noted that the economy has added an average of 212,000 jobs a month in the January-March quarter, well ahead of last year's pace.

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke agreed Wednesday that weather has likely disrupted recent data.
The warm winter "made perhaps January and February artificially strong and March perhaps artificially a little bit weak," he said at a news conference. "I wouldn't draw too much conclusion from the March report."
The unemployment rate has fallen to 8.2 percent in March from 9.1 percent in August. Part of the drop was related to people gave up looking for work. People who are out of work but not looking for jobs aren't counted among the unemployed.

Economists note that unemployment benefit applications are lower than they were last year. The government's report next week on April employment should help clarify the jobs picture.

TSA screeners allegedly let drug-filled luggage through LAX for cash

LA Times Blog
April 26, 2012

Four current and former Transportation Security Administration screeners have been arrested and face charges of taking bribes and looking the other way while suitcases filled with cocaine, methamphetamine or marijuana passed through X-ray machines at Los Angeles International Airport, federal authorities announced Wednesday.
The TSA screeners, who were arrested Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, allegedly received up to $2,400 in cash bribes in exchange for allowing large drug shipments to pass through checkpoints in what the U.S. attorney in Los Angeles called a “significant breakdown” of security.
In addition to the two current and two former screeners, prosecutors also indicted two alleged drug couriers and a third who allegedly tried to smuggle 11 pounds of cocaine but was nabbed when he went through the wrong security checkpoint.
The TSA employees “placed greed above the nation’s security needs,” Andre Birotte Jr., U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, said in a statement.
The 40-page indictment outlines five alleged smuggling incidents over a six-month period last year. In one incident, screeners schemed to allow for about eight pounds of methamphetamine to pass through security, then went to an airport restroom where he was handed $600, the second half of the payment for that delivery, according to prosecutors.
Briane Grey, acting special agent in charge of the DEA in Los Angeles, said the scheme was particularly reprehensible because it took place at LAX.
“The defendants traded on their positions at one the world’s most crucial airport security checkpoints, used their special access for criminal ends, and compromised the safety and security of their fellow citizens for their own profit,” he said in a statement.
The indicted screeners are Naral Richardson, 30, and Joy White, 27, who were both fired by TSA last year; and John Whitfield, 23, and Capeline McKinney, 25, both currently employed as screeners. All four have been taken into custody, and face up to life in prison if convicted.
The accused drug couriers are Duane Eleby, 28, who is expected to surrender, and Terry Cunningham and Stephen Bayliss, both 28, who are both at large.
The TSA’s security director at LAX said the agency was assisting with the investigation. “While these arrests are a disappointment, TSA is committed to holding our employees to the highest standards,” Randy Parsons said in a statement.

Benny Gantz, Israel Military Chief, Says Iran Will Not Build Nuclear Weapon

JERUSALEM — Israel's military chief said in an interview published Wednesday that Iran will ultimately decide against building a nuclear weapon – putting him at odds with Israel's more pessimistic prime minister.
Maj. Gen. Benny Gantz told the Haaretz daily that he believes that diplomatic pressure and economic sanctions, along with Israel's determination to strike if necessary, will deter Iran from pursuing nuclear weapons.
"I don't think (Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei) will want to go the extra mile," he said. "I think the Iranian leadership is composed of very rational people."
At the same time, he warned that Israel is moving forward with its preparations to take military action if necessary. "We are preparing for it in a credible manner. That's my job, as a military man," he said.
He said this year would be critical in determining whether Iran decides to take the final steps needed for a weapon.
"We're in a period when something must happen: Either Iran takes its nuclear weapon to a civilian footing only or the world, perhaps we too, will have to do something. We're closer to the end of the discussions than the middle," he said.
Gantz's comments contrasted with much tougher statements by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who complained in an interview with CNN on Tuesday that international sanctions have not changed Iran's behavior. He told the network that Iran continues to enrich uranium – a key step toward developing a weapon.
The sanctions "are certainly taking a bite out of the Iranian economy, but so far they haven't rolled back the Iranian program or even stopped it by one iota," Netanyahu said. Nuclear centrifuges are "spinning as we speak. So if the sanctions are going to work, they better work soon," he said.
Israel and much of the West believe Iran is trying to develop a nuclear weapon. But differences have emerged on how to deal with the issue.

Obama admin. let grenades walk in Fast and Furious, documents show

Matthew Boyle
The Daily Caller
Thursday, April 26, 2012
In a shocking development in the Operation Fast and Furious investigation, documents show Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agents allowed grenade parts to walk in addition to guns.

The emails also show Obama administration officials acknowledging that they may lose track of grenades but would still be able to accomplish their original objective even if the grenades explode.
According to an internal email that was provided to Congress by the Department of Justice and first reported by CBS News’ Sharyl Attkisson, ATF began watching accused smuggler Jean Baptiste Kingery’s AK-47 purchases in 2004. In the 2009 internal ATF email, Obama administration officials admitted they believed Kingery was “trafficking them into Mexico.”
The 2009 email shows the ATF officials had then become aware of Kingery’s alleged grenade trafficking.
