A video released online Saturday allegedly shows the self-appointed leader of the Islamic State jihadist group, Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, speaking at a Mosul mosque. The man in the video bears a strong resemblance to known images of Mr. Baghdadi, though the authenticity of the video, as well as the location and time at which it was shot, still remain unclear.
