"Peace Peace, when there is no Peace"

According to a CNS News Report on August 22, 2011:President Barack Obama said Monday Muammar Gaddafi’s rule in Libya is “over,” but added that the dictator of four decades could prevent further bloodshed in the country by formally calling on regime proponents to stop the violence.

In the broadcast above you will hear President Obama call for "peace" in the region - that is only after carrying out a UN Resolution to go in and topple Gaddafi from rule in Libya, all with the help of "revolutionary forces wanting "freedom and democracy" (better known as Al qeada aka Al CIA -Duh!)

It reminded my of a few choice scriptures in the Bible I thought I would share:

For your hands are defiled with blood

and your fingers with iniquity;

your lips have spoken lies;

your tongue mutters wickedness.

4 eNo one enters suit justly;

no one goes to law honestly;

they rely on empty pleas, they speak lies,

fthey conceive mischief and give birth to iniquity.

5 They hatch adders' eggs;

they weave the spider's web;

he who eats their eggs dies,

and from one that is crushed a viper is hatched.

6 gTheir webs will not serve as clothing;

men will not cover themselves with what they make.

Their works are works of iniquity,

and deeds of violence are in their hands.

and they are swift to shed innocent blood;

their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity;

desolation and destruction are in their highways.

8 The way of peace they do not know,

and there is no justice in their paths;

they have made their roads crooked;

ino one who treads on them knows peace.

“For from the least to the greatest of them,

everyone ais greedy for unjust gain;

and from bprophet to priest,

everyone deals falsely.

14 They have healed the wound of my people lightly,

saying, c‘Peace, peace,’

dwhen there is no peace.

15 eWere they ashamed when they committed abomination?

No, they were not at all ashamed;

they did not know how to blush.

Therefore they shall fall among those who fall;

fat the time that I punish them, they shall be overthrown,”

says Yahweh.
