Peter Schiff argues that the Republican Party needs to stand strong and refuse to raise the Debt Ceiling, forcing congress to restructure its debt. He argues that not raising the debt doesn't mean we have to default, as long as we cut spending.  He doubts, however, that the Republicans will be reponsible enough to do so.
