The document above is a letter from Bill Hefner (a member of Congress) sent to Mr Zell Setzer.The letter states:
Dear Mr Setzer,
Enclosed is the information you requested pertaining to the Army's policy and guidance for establishing civilian inmate labor program and civilian prison camps on Army installations. This information has not yet been published ( it is currently at the printers), however, it has been funded, staffed, and does reflect current Army policy. I hope you find this information useful,
The Letter is dated, March 24th, 1997.

These camps are reserved for FEMA in the event of a national emergency.
The Army National Guard is even advertising for Corrections Officers and Internment/Resettlement Specialists at these internment camps.
With the H1N1 flu being hyped up as a level 6 pandemic by the World Health Organisation, it seems possible that the Government may impose martial law along with compulsory vaccinations on U.S. citizens. see http://www.pandemicflu.gov/plan/states/stateplans.html

The "Model State Emergency Health Powers Act" allows for the Government to seize and/ or quarantine a town along with the citizens in it.
Is it coincidental that the Obama Administration wants to pass a National health care bill at around the same time that these vaccinations will be taking place?
The Globalist agenda is to reduse the world population by 80% and enslave the remaining people in highly controlled prison-cities all around the world. The people of the United States who believe in a Republic, with adherence to the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence are the only thing stopping this evil agenda of the Elitists.
