US INTEL EXPERTS WARN OF ‘GAPING HOLES’ IN REFUGEE VETTING

In the wake of the devastating attacks in Paris Friday, US intelligence experts have once again issued stark warnings that such terrorism could be imminent on home soil because there is no way to vet refugees coming into the country from the Middle East, and the White House has no strategy to defeat ISIS.
Appearing on NBC’s “Meet the Press” Sunday, the head of the House Homeland Security Committee, Rep. Michael McCaul, said that “There are a lot of holes — gaping holes,” in US defenses.
“We have hundreds of Americans that have traveled” to Iraq and Syria, he urged. “Many of them have come back as well. I think that’s a direct threat.”
McCaul once again said he has spoken with FBI and Homeland Security officials who say that “We don’t have the databases to vet them.”
“They tell me this cannot be properly done.” the Congressman added.
McCaul has consistently warned that ISIS has planned to use the refugee crisis to get operatives into the US.
“This causes a great concern on the part of policymakers, because we don’t want to be complicit with a program that could bring potential terrorists into the United States,” McCaul said.
In a separate appearance on CNN’s “State of the Union,” the former head of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Mike Rogers, corroborated McCaul’s sentiments.
“I’m not sure why this shocked everybody,” Rogers said. “There is not a vetting process … that can vet every single individual refugee coming in on the refugee program.”
In testimony before the Senate last month, FBI Director James Comey stated that “gaps” remain in the vetting process, owing to a lack of intelligence on the ground in Syria.
Following the attacks in France, Obama announced that the plan to bring in 10,000+ refugees will not be reevaluated in any form, even as it emerged that some of the perpetrators appeared to have entered Europe disguised as migrants.
In appearances on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” both the chairmen of the Senate and House Intelligence committees agreed that the US currently has no strategy to defeat ISIS.
We’ve got to have a strategy. We don’t have a strategy in Syria as it relates to ISIL,” Sen. Richard Burr said. “The president talked the other morning about ISIL was contained. America learned within 24 hours that it’s not contained, it’s rampant.” he added.
Rep. Devin Nunes added that “You can’t fight ISIS unless you are willing to put a strategy together that deals with the failure of Libya, the problems in the Sinai, Iraq and Syria and Afghanistan-Pakistan region.”
“Fifty Special Forces [troops], which we’ve just upped in the last two weeks, that’s not enough to make a big impact,” he added.
Nunes also warned about the influx of undocumented refugees.
“There’s no possible way to screen them. It should be stopped immediately,” he said.
“Bottom line, if you don’t want refugees, you have to go into Iraq and Syria and defeat ISIS.”
Also appearing on “Face the Nation,” the former deputy director of the CIA, Michael Morell, urged that it was time for a re-think on a strategy to defeat ISIS.
“I think it’s now crystal clear to us that our strategy, our policy vis-à-vis ISIS is not working, and it’s time to look at something else,” Morell said.
Morell described the Paris attacks as having “A level of sophistication that we have not seen since the London bombings in 2005.”
He also suggested that rather than going after the Syrian President Bashar al Assad, much as the western coalition did with Gaddafi in Libya, the solution to defeating ISIS may be to work with Assad.
“You know, clearly he’s part of the problem, but he may also be part of the solution, right?” Morell said. “An agreement where he stays around for a while and the Syrian army, supported by the coalition, takes on ISIS may be the best result here.”

HOUSE FREEDOM CAUCUS CHAIRMAN: NO COMMITMENT FROM PAUL RYAN TO BLOCK IMPORT OF MUSLIM REFUGEES

Breitbart
November 17, 2015

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, House Freedom Caucus Chairman
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH)
94%
reveals that conservative House members have received no commitment from Speaker
Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI)
58%
that he would in any way try to curb the nation’s importation of Muslims on visas.

By the end of the year, Congress will have to pass a government funding measure to appropriate funds for all federal operations. The Boehner-Obama debt deal, backed by Ryan, established the spending levels— but Congress still has to pass the actual spending bills which contain the money.
Included in this package will be funding for the Office of Refugee Resettlement and other refugee-related operations, thus allowing the President to carry out his resettlement plans. In order to stop the President from carrying out these plans, Congress would have to include restrictions in the year-end funding bill that would be advanced by Ryan and
Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY)

ECONOMIST WARNS WORLDWIDE BUSINESS TAX NEXT STEP IN GLOBALIZATION

Washington Times
November 11, 2015

Are you aware that the American government has been slowly giving away its power to international bureaucrats to determine how its businesses and citizens are taxed?
Most wars do not turn out the way the people who started them intended. Setting aside the hot military wars, look at the consequences of the “war on drugs” and the “war on money laundering and tax evasion.”
The global war on money laundering and tax evasion has failed in the three decades since it began in earnest, and it is now on its way to undermining the rule of law around the world, the legitimate role of financial institutions, and the right of sovereign governments to determine their own tax policies.
The new anti-money-laundering laws and regulations have resulted in millions of Americans who live abroad and others living outside their home countries being unable to get bank accounts and other financial services in the countries where they live.

Vatican-owned properties are being used by priests as brothels and massage parlours, according to the latest claims to emerge from the Vatileaks scandal.
The properties implicated in a report, leaked by a Vatican mole, include premises close to the Italian Parliament and a solarium near Piazza Barberini.
A Vatican department, the Congregation for the Propagation of the Faith, owns hundreds of exclusive properties in central Rome, was also singled out in the document.
It claimed that Vatican officials were allowing buildings to be leased out at peppercorn rents as favours to powerful colleagues.

Globalists and UN Push Mandatory Biometric ID for All

Globalists and UN Push Mandatory Biometric ID for All
In an effort to bring every last person into the “system,” so to speak, governments, globalist forces, and the United Nations want to make sure that every human being on the planet has a government-issued identification card, complete with biometric data. Indeed, the recently approved UN “Sustainable Development Goals,” also known as “Agenda 2030,” explicitly calls for providing “legal identity” and “birth registration” for “all.” A parallel effort led by the same forces pushing global IDs, meanwhile, hopes to abolish cash and move toward a “cashless” global society in which every transaction can be tracked. And with funding from U.S. taxpayers and various tax-exempt foundations controlled by the establishment, both of those visions could become a reality in the not-too-distant future, at least if humanity does not push back.
The UN's deeply controversial Agenda 2030, marketed as an effort at “transforming our world,” is essentially a recipe for global socialism, as this magazine has documented. Everything from national and international wealth redistribution to targeting children as “agents of change” is explicitly demanded in the scheme, formally adopted by every national government and dictatorship on Earth in September. Buried deep within the massive text, which outlines 17 “Sustainable Development Goals” and 169 specific “targets,” is another key piece of the globalist puzzle. “By 2030, provide legal identity for all, including birth registration,” reads target 16.9. In other words, the UN and its member regimes are practically putting a bulls-eye on the back of every human being who still exists outside of the globalized economic and political system, such as the hundreds of millions of people who do not have government IDs, bank accounts, government "benefits," permits to exist/build/farm/hunt/procreate/emit CO2, and more.

Pope Urges Catholic Church To Disavow Conservatism And Fundamentalism

MintPress News
November 11, 2015

Pope Francis called on the Catholic church on Tuesday to stop clinging to conservatism and fundamentalism as a defensive response to the problems it is facing, and said the church ought to be “bruised, hurting and dirty” instead of obsessed with money and power.
The sweeping remarks before an audience of Italian bishops at a conference in Florence were a stark reminder of the way in which Pope Francis is trying to shake up a church that in many ways is losing relevance around the world, and continues to be battered by allegations of financial mismanagement and greed at the heart of the Vatican.
“Before the problems of the church it is not useful to search for solutions in conservatism or fundamentalism, in the restoration of obsolete conduct and forms that no longer have the capacity of being significant culturally,” the pope said.
“Christian doctrine is not a closed system incapable of generating questions, doubts, interrogatives. But it is alive, knows being unsettled … it does not have a rigid face, it has a body that moves and grows, it has a soft flesh: it is called Jesus Christ.”
The comments come at a critical juncture for Francis. Last month, a high-level group of bishops from around the world met at the Vatican and engaged in a vigorous debate over how the church ought to respond to changes in the modern family, including the prevalence of divorce.
While Francis has cast himself as a reformer who is seeking to portray the church as a less rigid and less dogmatic institution, which stands with people who live on the margins of society, there are factions in the church that are vigorously resisting his plea for the church to be more flexible and open.
On Tuesday, he asked for the Italian church to be protected “from every pretence of power, image and money” and said Christians ought not to be obsessed with power even when it was power that was “useful to the social image of the church”.

Strong Cities Network: Trilateral, CFR, Rothschild Connections

Strong Cities Network: Trilateral, CFR, Rothschild Connections
Despite evidence to the contrary, one commentator recently tried convincing readers that there is no connection between the Department of Justice’s “Strong Cities Network” and the United Nations.
“First, it should be noted that Strong Cities Network is NOT a government body at all,” writes Patrick Wood oftechnocracy.com, “but rather a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with no connection to any government, or even the United Nations!”
Wood apparently is projecting his own unfounded hopes on a program that is not only tied to the UN, but is also bound to it by being the source of the globalist philosophy upon which the scheme is built.
As I reported on October 6, the Strong Cities Network (SCN) is a program hatched by the Department of Justice wherein control of local law enforcement is handed over to a London-based think-tank called the Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD).
In Europe, ISD has gained a reputation for being committed to the identification and targeting of “far right extremists.” Now, four American cities — New York, Atlanta, Denver, and Minneapolis — have become part of the ISD's Strong Cities Network.
As for the organization’s ties to the UN, consider Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s announcement at the UN, wherein she stated:
connecting those localities to one another — as the Strong Cities Network is doing — is not only a powerful way to lift up our communities worldwide.  It also sends a message about who we are and what we aspire to be — as an alliance of nations and as a global community.
It’s not just any old alliance that is behind the ISD. A quick search of the group’s website reveals the identity of its Board of Trustees: a cadre of internationalists that is second to none.
Among the 14 board members is found Charles Guthrie, Baron Guthrie of Craigiebank, a member of the House of Lords, who currently acts as a non-executive director of global financier, NM Rothschild & Sons and represents the firm’s interest on the Trilateral Commission.
Guthrie also spoke at the 2011 meeting of the Bilderberg Group.
He’s not the only director of the ISD with an impressive internationalist resume. Consider the Insider bona fides of ISD board member Dr. Gary Samore.
As reported on the ISD website:
From 2006 to 2009, Dr. Samore was Vice President for Studies at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York, where he held the Maurice R. Greenberg chair and directed the David Rockefeller Studies Programme. Before joining CFR, Dr. Samore was vice president for global security and sustainability at the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation in Chicago, and from 2001 to 2005, he was Director of Studies and Senior Fellow for Non - Proliferation at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) in London. At IISS, he produced three “strategic dossiers” on Iran (2005), North Korea (2004), and Iraq (2002), which are considered authoritative and exemplary assessments of nuclear, biological, chemical, and missile programmes in those countries.
Remember, there are now four major American metropolises that have handed over control of their law enforcement policy and practice to the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, who in turn is controlled by a who’s who of top tier globalist, one-world government, CFR, Trilateral, Bilderberg, Rothschild power brokers.
And, in its various reports, the ISD has made clear that the disarmament of civilians, particularly those found in the “right wing,” is the only sure way to safeguard the world.
As is so often the case, the group identifies right-wing extremism with ownership of guns and ammunition.
Now that the Justice Department and the ISD have been handed a significant role in settling law-enforcement policy for the largest city in the United States, gun owners should consider fleeing New York in advance of the enforcement of the following ISD observation: "Worryingly, Europol confirms that many members of the extreme right-wing scene have been found in possession of a significant amount of firearms, ammunition” and these “extremists” have even been known to participate in “target practice.”
Remember, the mayors of four American cities have subverted their citizens’ control over their police in favor of a group of globalist gun grabbers who truly believe that owning guns and ammo and taking target practice make one an extremist worthy of imprisonment.
This move toward international integration of global law-enforcement agencies is antithetical to the locally controlled police that are a part of and accountable to the community they serve. The Strong Cities initiative will prove to likely be another brick in the wall of enmity between police and people that grows higher with every encounter.
Self-serving bureaucrats inside the U.S. government are tirelessly trying to obliterate local police forces answerable to local citizens and promote the consolidation movement as a step toward federalization of law enforcement. These proponents of regional and national police forces desire nothing less than the eradication of all local police departments and sheriffs’ offices, the surrender of state and municipal sovereignty, and the conversion of local law-enforcement officers into federal security agents sworn not to protect and to serve their neighbors, but to protect the prerogatives of politicians.
Beyond the obvious violations of the Constitution, the Strong Cities Network is expanding and represents the most insidious of all the concurrent civilian disarmament avenues being pursued by the Obama administration. The management of the SCN and the ISD provides pretext for the president to claim that he is not trying to take away guns from the American people. He can point to the fact that the elected leaders of these cities are making the decision to participate in the program and that it tied to no federal mandate.
One can imagine President Obama explaining that New York, Atlanta, Denver, Minneapolis responded to a local problem with a local solution. There was no federal involvement or compulsion to join SCN, he'll insist. In fact, he'll boast, in the truest spirit of localized government, these mayors didn’t wait for instruction from Washington, rather, they took charge and changed their situations for the better, making their cities safer.
The charge now is to beware. The SCN will continue growing, gaining control of the police in one U.S. city after another, unless citizens across the country demand their leaders refuse to participate in the program, maintaining local control of law enforcement.
