As the Federal Reserve gears up for quantitative easing part two, a slow hidden bailout is occurring in the commercial real estate market.  Commercial real estate is a giant industry making up over $3 trillion in outstanding loans in the U.S.  Yet not much is being said about this in the press.  Why?  Because in a way, commercial real estate (CRE) is being funneled through various channels to bailout horrible banking loans but the process is convoluted on purpose.  We already have examples of the Federal Reserve owning a shopping mall out in Oklahoma for example.  The Fed has purchased incredible amounts of debt including CRE debt.  Much of the focus has been on the Fed monetizing residential real estate debt and this is true.  After all, they did buy over $1.25 trillion in residential mortgage backed securities.

Dem Whip: GOP majority will issue birther subpoenas

House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-S.C.) warned Republicans will investigate President Obama's birthplace if they take over Congress.

Clyburn, the third-ranking Democrat in the House, said Republicans will grind the government to a halt by issuing subpoenas against the Obama administration over a number of issues if they take power. He predicted that "gridlock" in Congress would "define" Obama's first term if Republicans win the House, but expressed confidence his party would prevail.

Clyburn noted that Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), the ranking Republican on the House Oversight panel, has said will will issue "subpoenas everywhere" if Republicans win the majority.

"The White House will be full-time responding to subpoenas about where the president may or may not have been born, whether his mother and father were ever married, and whether his wife's family is from Georgetown or Sampit," Clyburn said in an interview published Monday on TheGrio.com, an African-American news website. "That will define the next two years of the president's administration.

LONDON — Europe is on high alert over concerns that terrorists based in Pakistan have been planning Mumbai-style attacks in London and other cities, Sky News reported Tuesday.

A Western counterterrorism official said some missile strikes in a surge of attacks by unmanned U.S. drones in Pakistan were aimed at disrupting the plots .

Intelligence agencies have intercepted information suggesting that a group thought to be linked to al-Qaida has been planning attacks in Britain, France and Germany, sources told Sky News.

Four U.S. security officials, who asked for anonymity when discussing sensitive information, told Reuters that initial intelligence reports about the threat first surfaced roughly two weeks ago, around the time of the anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States.

The alleged plot was thought to be in the "advanced but not imminent stage," Sky News said.

Rothschild and CIA Publications Attack “Constitution-worshipers”

The editors of the Economist have declared constitutionalists mentally ill. “Indeed, there is something infantile in the belief of the constitution-worshipers that the complex political arguments of today can be settled by simple fidelity to a document written in the 18th century,” the editors wrote on September 23. “When history is turned into scripture and men into deities, truth is the victim.”

	Following the Constitution is infantile behavior, according to two publications produced by the Rothschilds, the CFR, and the CIA.

The Economist is owned by members of the Rothschild banking family of England. It is run by the Economist Group, a known CIA front.
According to the Economist, the framers were aristocrats who “did not believe that poor men, or any women, let alone slaves, should have the vote.” The Constitution does not address the “hard questions thrown up by modern politics,” namely should gays be allowed to marry?
The Economist argument against the Constitution is the same one used by liberal academics. The document is antiquated, the product of a bygone era. The founders were afraid of “democracy taking hold,” so they crafted a document designed to exclude the common people and preserve their aristocratic position.
Globalists love democracy. It is an easy enough task to fool the people, especially these days with 24-7 media and satellite television. It is a relatively simple matter to have the benighted masses vote away their natural rights under some cooked up false pretense. “Democracy is not freedom. Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to eat for lunch. Freedom comes from the recognition of certain rights which may not be taken, not even by a 99% vote,” wrote Marvin Simkin. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote.
Soon after the Economist article appeared, the establishment publication Foreign Policy posted an article slamming the idea that we should follow the Constitution. Joshua Keating writes that he suspects “most Americans don’t realize quite how old the Constitution is by world standards,” that is to say globalist standards. In order to make his point, Keating cites an article published in the Onion, a popular satire publication.

Tens of thousands of people will lose their jobs within weeks unless Congress extends one of the more effective job-creating programs in the $787 billion stimulus act: a $1 billion New Deal-style program that directly paid the salaries of unemployed people so they could get jobs in government, at nonprofit organizations and at many small businesses.

In rural Perry County, Tenn., the program helped pay for roughly 400 new jobs in the public and private sectors. But in a county of 7,600 people, those jobs had a big impact: they reduced Perry County’s unemployment rate to less than 14 percent this August, from the Depression-like levels of more than 25 percent that it hit last year after its biggest employer, an auto parts factory, moved to Mexico.

If the stimulus program ends on schedule next week, Perry County officials said, an estimated 300 people there will lose their jobs — the equivalent of another factory closing.
