"King Obama" Orders Hit on U.S. Citizen Under Pretense of National Security

When a President can order the killing of an American citizen located anywhere in the world, whether overseas or here in the U.S. without giving Due Process to that individual, then we may as well call the President "Godfather Obama" or "King Obama".

Recently, Obama ordered the assassination of Cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen linked to the Fort Hood Shootings, and the attempt to blow up a Detriot bound Jet in December by the so-called "underwear bomber".

Both of those incidents (Fort Hood Shootings and Underwear bomber) of course look much like false flag operations carried out in order to further the justification of Viper teams, checkpoints, surveillance cameras, body scanners in the airports, and now at sporting events as well.

This act by Obama and the current administration is on the same level as the Russian Secret Service that also had assassinations of  their citizens it deemed "enemies of the state", revealed in a document recently.

Judge Napolitano stated in a recent news report, "when the President can kill whoever he wants, then he's not a president anymore, he's a king."

Back in February, Dennis Blair, the director of U.S. National Intelligence, Stated that its Security agencies indeed had authority to kill American citizens if they posed any direct threat to the United States. He stated the agencies received specific permission to do so.

This "decree" by King Obama of course is in direct violation of the constitution.

The Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment, ratified in 1791, asserts that no person shall "be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

Whether or not Anwar al-Awlaki was indeed a direct threat to the United States, (although he dined with officials at the Pentagon while he was supposedly on a no-fly list, and a terror watch list) he was still a U.S. citizen, and had the right to the due process of the law.

While Obama and his administration have argued for unreviewable authority to kill Americans that the Executive Branch deems a threat to National Security,  The American Civil Liberties Union and the Center for Constitutional Rights have charged that it violates the Constitution.

According to CCR Staff Attorney Pardiss Kebriaei, who presented arguments in a case against the administration back in November of 2010, these types of dictatorial powers should not be given to the Executive Branch:

"Not only does the administration claim to have sweeping power to target and kill U.S. citizens anywhere in the world, but it makes the extraordinary claim that the court has no role in reviewing that power or the legal standards that apply.  ..... The Supreme Court has repeatedly rejected the government's claim to an unchecked system of global detention, and the district court should similarly reject the administration's claim here to an unchecked system of global targeted killing."

In regards to this recent killing, Congressman Ron Paul stated "If the American people accept this blindly and casually, then we now have an accepted practice of the President assassinating people who he thinks are bad guys. .. I think it's sad.."

More and more, the government in collaboration with the media has painted patriotic citizens as possible threats to the nation, and returning Vets as possible terrorists.

While the Lamestream Media lauds the assassination, it must be remembered that by consenting to this act, we submit ourselves as Americans to the same fate if ever the President should deem your protesting or activism as a direct threat to National Security.
