This incident took place back in January 2011, in Phoenix Arizona, but video has recently been discovered showing this clear instance of the improper use of force by a police officer called to a scene where a young 15 year old girl was in an altercation with her mother after being kicked out of school for allegedly being intoxicated, giving liquor to other students, and then assaulting a teacher.
