With the announcement of China and Russia's plans to dump the U.S. dollar in favor of bilateral trade, it seems we are seeing a struggle between East and West for Global dominance. Of course, China and Russia have been working on better relations between their two countries for the last few years, and have shown great interest in wresting economic control from the U.S. and the European Allies, by openly calling for the demise of the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency in favor of a Global currency.

Going back to a March 2010 report on Russia Today, China and Russia have been seeking to increase their "clout" in global affairs, and it appears that their plans are taking shape. Both countries are members of the BRIC organization - comprised of Brazil, Russia, India, and China - and are said to be currently the world's strongest emerging markets.

March,2010 RT News

Both countries are Communist nations, and China especially is favored as the model country for the coming world government desired by many world leaders, (both visible and those who work behind the scenes), and China's policies as the blueprint for the tyranny which they hope to enforce in all nations under a One world government - a "New World Order".

David Rockefeller said of China in 1973:

"Whatever the price of the Chinese Revolution, it has obviously succeeded not only in producing more efficient and dedicated administration, but also in fostering high morale and community of purpose. The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in human history."

He said this shortly after Mao's murdering campaign in which some 40 to 70 million were slaughtered!

China is also the residing Country of  Maurice Strong, former UN Secretary General, and father of the Environmental Sustainable Developement programs from which Agenda 21 have been born.

Maurice Strong once stated that the industrialized nations of the world must be hit with economic collapse in order to bring in Global carbon taxes:
"...Isn’t the only hope for the planet that the industrialized civilization collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”
In reference to China and India ( 2 of the 4 members of the BRIC organization) Maurice said:
"Also, it is interesting that developing countries, with China and India perhaps in the lead, where the future of the global environment will be decided are now on board with the case for sustainable developement."
It appears that the push for a New World Order is in high gear, and with it, a power struggle between the nations as to who will be it's Enforcer.
