Isn't it funny that the failures always take place first, and then they come out so knowledgeable on the reasons for the failure! What they won't tell you however, is that the Globalists see these same failures as stepping stones toward the dissolution of Nation-States, and the emergence of world government.
This broadcast in Statist "Double Speak" would instead be titled "How Washington is Helping to Establish A New World Order From The Ashes of Chaos"
They expect us to believe they are ignorant on the one hand when it comes to the collapse, and yet smart enough on the other hand to bring us out of the mess they were too stupid to see coming!
