Obama also warned in the fashion of a world dictator that any nations willing to defy orders to get rid of nuclear stockpiles would face America's safe and secure nuclear capability "to deter our adversaries and reassure our allies."
To show America's commitment Obama stated that America would sign a new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty with Russia and seek to include all nuclear weapon states in the endeavor.
Are the nuclear weapons negotiations between Obama and the Russians an idea that was miraculously drempt of by Obama? Hardly. This idea of reducing nuclear weapons among all nations has been the methodical agenda of none other than the United Nations. Its goal is to ultimately disarm all nation states with the exception of itself - that is, the United Nations dreams of ultimately being the sole governing body of the inhabitable earth, with a U.N. Army to bring about the ideal form of "socialism as dreamed of by Karl Marx", and Obama, ( the same man who sat as Chairman in the 15 member security council of the United Nations) will be the Globalists' puppet to usher in the third and final stage of the U.N. plan.
Arnold Toynbee,while the Director of Studies at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, once stated in 1931:
"We are at present working discreetlty with all our might to wrest this mysterious force called sovereignty out of the clutches of the local nation states of the world." -The United Nations Exposed,By William Jasper, Pg 41
This, my friends certainly includes the United States of America. This treasonous plan was hatched during the Kennedy administration in 1961, and was called Freedom from War: The United States Plan for General and Complete Disarmament in a peaceful World, or Department of State Publication 7277. This document presents a three- stage plan for the total transfer of U.S. arms to the United Nations.
In stage II of the document it states:
"The U.N. Peace Force shall be established and progressively strengthened.... to the end that the United Nations can effectively in Stage III deter or suppress any threat or use of force in violation of the purposes and principles of the United Nations."
In this final stage, there will be no nation that will be able to challenge the power of the United Nations.
We are currently in the second stage of the U.N. agenda for total disarmament of all Nation States! Obama is paving the way for the third stage of this ominous plan for a New World Order, and it is being pushed with several other bills, i.e. the climate change bill, Immigration reform, and financial reform in order to cloud the real intent behind this seemingly benevelent deed.
Nuclear weapons reduction is only another stage toward a New World Order. This will bring down the defences of our country, and give our "power and authority to the beast." Revelation 17:13.
According to Department of State Publication 7277, there will have to be a strengthening of the United Nations through a so-called "Peace Force" that in reality will be a Global Army ran by Globalist tyrants under the banner of none other than the U.N.!
There is an inseparable relationship between the scaling down of national armaments on the one hand and the building up of international peace-keeping machinary on the other. Nations are unlikely to shed their means of self-protection in the absence of alternative ways to safeguard their legitimate interests. This can only be achieved through the progressive strengthening of international institutions under the United Nations and by creating a United Nations Peace Force to enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds.

All of the final stages are in the works to turn over all remaining powers:
- Militarilly, through the creation of a U.N. Army
- Financially, through the creation of an International Federal Reserve
- Legislatively, through the Climate Control Bill which will open the door to international Taxing and regulations
- Sovereignly, through the Immigration Reform Bill by paving the way for the completion of the N.A.U. (North American Union) and a National ID card that will lead to chip implants.
Obama, under instructions from the Elite, is preaching "Peace, peace" - when in fact there is no peace! Wars are being waged globally, and strawmen in various countries are being brought forth as tyrants with weapons of mass destruction in order to create a Problem-Reaction-Solution scenario in order to compel us to long for, and accept the final stages of our own enslavement!
- Problem - U.S. State Department: "Achmahdinejad has the capability to get a nuclear weapon soon!!!!"
- Reaction- Joe Couchpotato: " Ahhh!!! We need to get the bastard!... stop him from getting the ability to make a nuclear weapon!"
- Solution-U.S. President and U.N. Security Council: " We'll save the world by getting rid of all nuclear weapons... that is except for the ones we'll have in case any of you get out of line!"
Our only hope is to break the cycle of the "Left-Right Paradigm" with a Third Party that will be relentless and courageous in destroying what the radical elite have been so patiently working toward - a New World Order.
