Back on April 30th, 2009, Global Research News reported that the U.S. Department of Homeland security had sent a memo to certain health care providers stating specific procedures to be followed in the event of a swine flu outbreak that might eventually make quarantines unavoidable.
Assistant Secretary Bridger McGaw, of the Department of Homeland Security, sent out the swine Flu memorandum obtained by CBS News.com. The memo stated:
"The Department of Justice has established legal federal authorities pertaining to the implementation of a quarantine and enforcement. Under approval from HHS, the Surgeon General has the authority to issue quarantines."
A Center for Disease Control official stated that deaths from the swine flu in the U.S. are likely to come. Executive Order 13375 of 2003, signed under President Bush added "novel" (new) forms of influenza with the potential to create pandemic scenarios, and would allow for the Surgeon General to detain and quarantine American citizens that might be "reasonably believed to be infected" with a communicable disease.
The U.S. government has received 20 million doses of the vaccine. They may be in place to start administering the doses in October of this year, although no trial testing has been done to see whether this vaccine will be safe, or even prevent the H1N1 flu. Officials in Atlanta are said to be holding a meeting at some point to determine how the vaccine will be distributed.
The startling aspect is that the military will be involved in assisting Federal, State, and local authorities in administering the vaccine to citizens on U.S. soil.
Northcom has submitted a proposal to Robert Gates (CFR) to assist FEMA if an H1N1 pandemic should be declared. The proposal mentions 5 military teams that would be in place to help FEMA administer the vaccinations.
Two categories of citizens who would have priority would be those 19-24, and pregnant women.Isn't that peculiar that these two classes would contribute to population increases in the U.S., and around the world? Could this be an agenda of population control where these so-called "vaccinations" would be used covertly as a contraceptive measures to sterilize citizens, and force pregnant women to miscarriage?

Evidence that an international corporate criminal syndicate,which has annexed high government office inside the United States, is intent on carrying out a mass genocide against the people of the United States by using an artificial (genetic) flu pandemic virus and a forced vaccination program to cause mass death and injury and depopulate America in order to transfer control of the United States to WHO, the UN and affiliated security forces, (UN troops from countries such as China, Canada, the UK and Mexico etc).

The document alleges Barack Obama as having shares in Baxter Pharmaceutical, and that :
There are grounds for believing the specific production system which Baxter has developed with the help of U.S. government bodies for producing a human vaccination to the bird flu-namely, the use of 1,200 liter bioreactors and vero cell technology- could meet the technical criteria to be classified as a secret dual purpose large-scale bioweapon production facility in as far as the production process would allow a huge amount of contaminated vaccine material to be produced rapidly. Pg. 36.
The document also alleges that Baxter stands to benefit financially from the outbreak of a pandemic.... and that the shareholders will profit directly from the boost.(That would include Barack Obama). Pg.37
It is no coincidence therefore, That NLE 2009 is taking place at this time,(National Level Exercise 2009), along with Ardent Sentry Exercise which also recently took place, as well as an upcoming military operation coming up at the beginning of August. Could these operations be a front for the military and Federal, State and Local Police agencies to set in place measures for martial law and forced vaccinations coming in October?
Currently there are citizens united together via Youtube with a project called "overwatch" where concerned citizens are filming and reporting on military and Police movement across the country.
The New World Order is desperate to take total control, and only "We The People" are going to be able to stop it if we don't give in.There is definitely a global conspiracy to create a tyrannical One World Goverment!!
