The document on the WHO website linked below states that it is common procedure to release pandemic viruses into the population in order to get a jump ahead of the real pandemic, so as to fast track the vaccine for when it is needed.
In Europe, some manufacturers have conducted advance studies using a so-called “mock-up” vaccine. Mock-up vaccines contain an active ingredient for an influenza virus that has not circulated recently in human populations and thus mimics the novelty of a pandemic virus.

I recieved this picture in an Email this morning. The sign is located on US Highway 15-501 at Lamms Grove Intersection (near Durham NC).Obviously there are some citizens in North Carolina waking up to Obama's real agenda of plundering our Nation in the name of "CHANGE".
Of course, there are powerful forces behind Obama's brand of change,however, those forces that are never talked about in the media. That's a whole different issue! As the economic crisis loomed, Obama then took advantage of it to pass his brand of socialism in the spirit of Rahm Imannuel's word's, "you never want to let a serious crisis go to waste". Obama rushed the stimulus bill in stating that he couldn't let a crisis turn into a catastrophe.

1. Abolition of private property and the application of all rents of land to public purposes.

In a damning indictment of how the First Amendment has been eviscerated, footage from a recent town hall event shows a school security officer threatening a protester with arrest for holding up an anti-Obama sign while declaring that America has ceased to exist, arguing that unflattering representations of our dear leader are illegal. Despite the fact that there were numerous other signs being displayed at the health care event in Reston, Va., security officer Wesley Cheeks Jr. ordered the protester to pull down the placard, which featured the depiction of Obama as the Joker from Batman with the words “Organizing for National Socialist Health Care – The Final Solution”. An argument ensued before the protester declared, “This used to be America,” to which the officer responded, “It ain’t no more, OK?”
Cheeks claimed that the protester couldn’t display his sign because it included an image of Obama. Like he’s some kind of religious deity, authority figures somehow think that it is illegal to display a likeness of our dear leader that is anything but flattering.As anyone with a basic grasp of history understands, when the authorities start oppressing people merely for ridiculing those in power, dictatorship and tyranny soon follows. “Sir, leave the picture down,” the officer said. “If you put the picture back up, you’ll be charged with trespassing.”
The officer also ascribes upon himself the power to interpret and invent laws, growling, “If I told you once to take it down and you put it back up, I can charge you with whatever I want to charge you with.”
Cheeks’ brazen contempt for the oath he swore to protect and defend the Constitution is laid bare as he openly trashes everything America stands for and claims that in his eyes the country and by extension the bill of rights itself no longer exists. This should act as a wake up call to illustrate the shocking reversal of the role of police and security officers from peace officers to political enforcers for the corrupt state.
Officer Cheeks is a member of the Fairfax County Public Schools’ trained School Security Officer team (e mail them), who have refused to comment on the story until their office opens again today.

You will notice on the chart how Diptheria death rates were dropping from 1900 to approximately the 1920s where the diptheria vaccine was introduced. The result was a sudden 'ramp-up' in the death rate! Whooping Cough death rates were also slowly decreasing from 1900 to the late 1940s where a widespread use of whooping cough vaccine was introduced. The result was again a sudden increase in the death rate! On Page 166, a graph shows U.S. death rates over a 63 year period for five diseases: Diptheria, Measles, Whooping Cough, Scarlet Fever, and Typhoid. (Only the first three are vaccinated against as part of the routine American Childhood vaccinations according to Professor Grupp). "This chart contains the replication of the data that is found in Einstein (2002), Golden (1998), Horowitz (1999, 2001), Miller (1999), Scheibner (1993), Tenpenny (2005), among other books, and which shows that vaccinations were NOT responsible for ending the three vaccinated-against diseases in the chart (pertissis, measles, diptheria- scarlet fever was never vaccinated against, and the typoid vaccine has hardly ever been used). All the diseases vaccinated against were on their way to being eradicated naturally, most likely because of improved sanitation in cities throughout the 1900s." Pages 166-167.
You will notice on the chart how Diptheria death rates were dropping from 1900 to approximately the 1920s where the diptheria vaccine was introduced. The result was a sudden 'ramp-up' in the death rate! Whooping Cough death rates were also slowly decreasing from 1900 to the late 1940s where a widespread use of whooping cough vaccine was introduced. The result was again a sudden increase in the death rate! Defined as "a severe shortage of money or credit", the start of the phenomenon has been pinpointed as 9 August 2007 when bad news from French bank BNP Paribas triggered sharp rise in the cost of credit, and made the financial world realise how serious the situation was.

Analyst Bove sees 150-200 more U.S. bank failures

NEW YORK (Reuters) - A prominent banking analyst said on Sunday that 150 to 200 more U.S. banks will fail in the current banking crisis, and the industry's payments to keep the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp afloat could eat up 25 percent of pretax income in 2010.
Richard Bove of Rochdale Securities said this will likely force the FDIC, which insures deposits, to turn increasingly to non-U.S. banks and private equity funds to shore up the banking system.
"The difficulty at the moment is finding enough healthy banks to buy the failing banks," Bove wrote.
The FDIC is expected on August 26 to vote on relaxed guidelines for private equity firms to invest in failed banks, after critics said previously proposed rules were too harsh and would actually dissuade firms from making investments.
Bove said "perhaps another 150 to 200 banks will fail," on top of 81 so far in 2009, adding stress to the FDIC's deposit insurance fund.
Three large failures this year -- BankUnited Financial Corp in May, and Colonial BancGroup Inc, Guaranty Financial Group Inc in August -- collectively cost the fund roughly $10.7 billion.
The fund had $13 billion at the end of March.
Regulators closed Guaranty's banking unit on Friday and sold assets of the Texas-based lender to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA. The FDIC agreed to share in losses with the Spanish bank.
Bove said the FDIC will likely levy special assessments against banks in the fourth quarter of this year and second quarter of 2010.
He said these assessments could total $11 billion in 2010, on top of the same amount of regular assessments. "FDIC premiums could be 25 percent of the industry's pretax income," he wrote.
