It's not just most of us here in the United States that doubt China's official death numbers. Many Chinese are furious with their own government and say they are covering up.

A resident who's mother has died from the virus in China is furious that The Chinese Communist Party is covering up the severity of the virus and the number of deaths, is asking the government to take full responsibility.

The student, at great risk to his own life, is calling for the Chinese Ruling Party and its leader to step down from power.

In an interview on China in Focus, the Wuhan Resident recounted his mother's death:

" You gave me my life. Now I want to give mine to save yours."

The resident, "Mr Ding" , stated that his mother caught the virus in February, but passed away shortly after.

"If the government told us the truth 20 days before the outbreak, we could have all started wearing masks, and saved tens of thousands of lives."
Mr. Ding received a call on March 23rd to pick up his mother's urn and was told he could not bring any of his family members with him. He wasn't able to hold any type of burial ceremony either.

" The government has not fulfilled its responsibilities, it hasn't expressed condolences to the families of the deceased, not even a simple statement. It forced us to bury my mother silently, to limit the number of people at the funeral. No rituals and no funeral music.."
He said there are many deaths in the Wuhan Hospital, and that it is "hell on earth" being in the hospital.

"Deaths is right there, everyone is numb. They even forget to cry...  Too much death, too much."
"Our rights have been violated. We are victims. This is a massacre. The murderer is still at large, how can i accept that?"
Mr Ding contends that the Chinese Regime should be held accountable. There have been hundreds of videos showing Chinese families lining up at funeral homes around Wuhan to collect the ashes of loved ones.

There was recently a report leaked of thousands of urns being brought in to a Wuhan Funeral home, stirring up more questions about China's actual death toll. On March 26, a photo was uploaded to Chinese media showing thousands of urns on a flatbed truck at one of the 8 funeral homes in Wuhan. The caption with the uploaded photo reads,

"The driver said, this truck is carrying around 2,500 urns. Yesterday, a truck unloaded almost the same amount."

According to official figures in Wuhan, 2,535 people have died from the Virus. The Chinese Regime has been under reporting the figures. Other photos online have also shown stacks of urns in funeral homes in Wuhan totalling in the thousands.

A doctor in Wuhan stated that the number of deaths between January 20th and February 10th could be twice as high as official records.
