Leaked Army Video Discusses Complexities of Operating in Future MegaCities

The world we live in is growing as far as population levels are concerned. And with that growth comes the expansion of mega cities.

The fastest population growth rates are primarily in Africa, and the Middle East. In Africa, the fastest annual population growth rates are at 3% or more in Western Sahara, Mali, Niger, Uganda, Eritrea, and Liberia. Much of Africa is between 2-3% growth rates as well.

In the Middle East, Afghanistan also has a population growth rate of 3% or more annually, with Pakistan and India following right behind it at between 2-3% annually.

With this rate in population growth comes the concern among military analysts on just how to deal with operations in these highly dense and everchanging populated "mega cities".

In a leaked military video, we see what the controllers are focusing on as they develop what they detail as mega cities around the world.

We know that currently operations are taking place in both Africa, and the Middle East. 

In the beginning of the video it mentions growth rates by the year 2030. This caught my attention because Agenda 21,which the Elites have been pushing for "Sustainable Development", has now recently been renamed as "Agenda 2030". 

After seeing the video above describing the "mega Cities", pay attention to this next video. Especially the first half which describes "Agenda 2030" and the real intent of this UN initiative.

The Elites have in mind what are called "Controlled City Grids" which will basically contain the masses of civilian populations in different grid zones. A prime example of how these cities will look is called the "Masdar Initiative", and is currently under construction in the UAE.

In these types of cities, the controlling Elites will have all control over the populations contained in them. The citizens will be under constant surveillance and will be at the mercy of the controlling officials since there will be no personal transportation, and all activities will be monitored by "Smart" computers and controllers.

The problem that thew Elites are currently concerned about according to the leaked video, is how to control areas that will be in extreme poverty or in civil and political chaos.

Beta testing has been underway since the early operations in Afghanistan up to current operations there as well as Iraq and other areas in the Middle East and Africa.

I have done much reporting on this plan of the Elites to create a world under Technocratic rule.

Obama to Announce New Gun Controls by Executive Order Next Week

With time running out for his presidency, President Obamais hurrying to issue another executive order further infringing on Americans’ Second Amendment-guaranteed rights.

It’s taken longer than expected, as the Obama administration and its friends in the gun-control movement have had to work around existing law and find areas where they can impose those additional restrictions without having to go to Congress for approval. As White House spokesman Eric Schultz explained, “It’s complicated. That’s why it’s taken some time for our policy folks, our lawyers and our experts to work through this and see what’s possible." He added. "That is why [the president] has asked his team to scrub existing legal authorities to see if there’s any additional action we can take administratively."

In other words, constitutional restrictions and limitations aren’t to be enforced but are instead to be circumvented in order to advance the president’s unconstitutional gun-control agenda. Put simply, Obama’s oath of office means nothing when it conflicts with that agenda.

According to Politico, the president’s announcement, expected next week, will contain at least two additional infringements: requiring stolen guns to be reported to the ATF, and broadening the definition of who must have a federal license (Federal Firearms License or FFL) to sell firearms.

It’s the second infringement that’s going to cause the most heartburn among law-abiding gun owners. Present law requires all citizens who are “engaged in the business” of selling guns with the “principal objective of livelihood and profit” to pay a fee, complete a rigorous and invasive application that includes a photograph and fingerprints, and undergo background checks in order to do so.

But the president’s lawyers have decided that “engaged in the business” is far too broad, and so Obama will likely announce next week that anyone selling more than 25 guns in a year — or selling a gun in its original packaging, or hoarding more than a certain number of firearms, or selling a gun within 30 days of original purchase — will have to obtain an FFL. After the government has granted its approval, the new licensee would then be required to do a background check on every person he sells a gun to. In addition he’ll be forced to undergo audits from ATF agents dropping in unannounced to check his paperwork.

There are so many problems with this proposed requirement that one scarcely knows where to begin. Aside from it being another infringement of a right guaranteed under the Second Amendment, who would line up, raise their hand, and plead with the ATF for permission to buy and sell firearms?

There are other problems. The ATF would be the agency in charge of doing the administrative work for an estimated 100,000 new gun dealers who would be forced to turn their hobby into a business. As Lawrence Keane, general counsel for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), put it,

[Obama’s new expected executive order] will create an administrative problem for the ATF in the sense that their budget does not provide for them to handle some huge increase in the volume of FFLs.

If the ATF now has to manage [another] 100,000 individuals [currently the ATF is tracking about 130,000 FFLs], or whatever the number is, who have to get a license, that’s going to divert resources that the ATF needs to be servicing the industry, and it takes money away from ATF’s ability to do its law enforcement duties.

That, of course isn’t really a problem. All the ATF has to do is plead with Congress for more money for its increased duties, as the IRS did when Congress granted that agency some $200 million in new funds.

OBAMA COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA FOR A SECRET RACE DATABASE

A key part of President Obama’s legacy will be the fed’s unprecedented collection of sensitive data on Americans by race. The government is prying into our most personal information at the most local levels, all for the purpose of “racial and economic justice.”

Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document “inequalities” between minorities and whites.

This Orwellian-style stockpile of statistics includes a vast and permanent network of discrimination databases, which Obama already is using to make “disparate impact” cases against: banks that don’t make enough prime loans to minorities; schools that suspend too many blacks; cities that don’t offer enough Section 8 and other low-income housing for minorities; and employers who turn down African-Americans for jobs due to criminal backgrounds.

Big Brother Barack wants the databases operational before he leaves office, and much of the data in them will be posted online.

So civil-rights attorneys and urban activist groups will be able to exploit them to show patterns of “racial disparities” and “segregation,” even if no other evidence of discrimination exists.

“Fast-track would allow Obama to send the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal to Congress for an up-or-down vote” sans the ability to negotiate amendments, notes The Hill.

The TPA must still pass a House vote, which is why it’s imperative to contact your representatives and let them know you’re against H.R. 1314, the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) or fast-track bill, which essentially grants the office of the president the power to do treaty by Executive Order.

Obama's executive action rollouts increasing in pace

President Obama never used the words "executive action" until nearly three years into his presidency. Now announcements of executive actions have become a routine, almost daily occurrence.

WASHINGTON — As President Obama stood in an Everglades swamp to speak on climate change Wednesday, the White House rolled out a package of eight executive actions, implemented by seven government agencies, to "protect the people and places that climate change puts at risk."

The announcement contained no executive orders, sweeping directives, legislative proposals or bill signings.

Instead, the actions include smaller-bore staples of a "pen-and-phone" strategy that shows no sign of letting up: a report on the value of parks to the environment, a proclamation declaring National Parks Week, and conservation efforts in Florida, Hawaii, Puget Sound and the Great Lakes.

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said the actions were an effort to deal with the impacts of climate change "even in the face of pretty significant opposition from Republicans in Congress."

Indeed, the actions have a political component, part of a White House strategy to work around Congress and force Republicans to respond to the president's agenda.

"Since the election, the president has had a pretty explicit strategy," said Brian Deese, a senior Obama adviser. "And it has consisted of trying to stay on offense, trying to push where he can to move the agenda through executive action. You're going to keep seeing the president in that posture going forward."

"Executive action" — a phrase Obama never uttered publicly in the first two and a half years of his presidency — has now become so routine that new announcements come several times a week.

The actions can take many forms, from formal executive orders and presidential memoranda to more routine reports, meetings and internal bureaucratic changes. That makes any definitive count of lower-level executive actions difficult.

But by one measure, such policy rollouts are actually increasing in pace. The White House often announces executive actions with a fact sheet from the press office, and those spiked last year during what Obama called the "Year of Action." The White House issued 228 fact sheets in 2014, more than the first three years of his presidency combined.

The Legacy of Mao Zedong is Mass Murder

Can you name the greatest mass murderer of the 20th century? No, it wasn’t Hitler or Stalin. It was Mao Zedong.

According to the authoritative “Black Book of Communism,” an estimated 65 million Chinese died as a result of Mao’s repeated, merciless attempts to create a new “socialist” China. Anyone who got in his way was done away with -- by execution, imprisonment or forced famine.

For Mao, the No. 1 enemy was the intellectual. The so-called Great Helmsman reveled in his blood-letting, boasting, “What’s so unusual about Emperor Shih Huang of the China Dynasty? He had buried alive 460 scholars only, but we have buried alive 46,000 scholars.” Mao was referring to a major “accomplishment” of the Great Cultural Revolution, which from 1966-1976 transformed China into a great House of Fear.

The most inhumane example of Mao’s contempt for human life came when he ordered the collectivization of China’s agriculture under the ironic slogan, the “Great Leap Forward.” A deadly combination of lies about grain production, disastrous farming methods (profitable tea plantations, for example, were turned into rice fields), and misdistribution of food produced the worse famine in human history.

Deaths from hunger reached more than 50 percent in some Chinese villages. The total number of dead from 1959 to 1961 was between 30 million and 40 million -- the population of California.

Rounding up enemies

Only five years later, when he sensed that revolutionary fervor in China was waning, Mao proclaimed the Cultural Revolution. Gangs of Red Guards -- young men and women between 14 and 21 -- roamed the cities targeting revisionists and other enemies of the state, especially teachers.

Professors were dressed in grotesque clothes and dunce caps, their faces smeared with ink. They were then forced to get down on all fours and bark like dogs. Some were beaten to death, some even eaten -- all for the promulgation of Maoism. A reluctant Mao finally called in the Red Army to put down the marauding Red Guards when they began attacking Communist Party members, but not before 1 million Chinese died.

All the while, Mao kept expanding the laogai, a system of 1,000 forced labor camps throughout China. Harry Wu, who spent 19 years in labor camps, has estimated that from the 1950s through the 1980s, 50 million Chinese passed through the Chinese version of the Soviet gulag. Twenty million died as a result of the primitive living conditions and 14-hour work days.

Such calculated cruelty exemplified his Al Capone philosophy: “Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun.”

And yet Mao Zedong remains the most honored figure in the Chinese Communist Party. At one end of historic Tiananmen Square is Mao’s mausoleum, visited daily by large, respectful crowds. At the other end of the square is a giant portrait of Mao above the entrance to the Forbidden City, the favorite site of visitors, Chinese and foreign.

Repression continues

In the spirit of Mao, China’s present rulers continue to oppress intellectuals and other dissidents such as human-rights activist Liu Xiaobo. He was sentenced last month to 11 years in prison for “inciting subversion of state power.” His offense: signing Charter 08, which calls on the government to respect basic civil and human rights within a democratic framework. .

China presents itself as a vast market for U.S. companies and investors. But some U.S. companies are taking a second look at doing business in a country which considers Mao Zedong its patron saint. Google has said it is reconsidering its operations in China after discovering a sophisticated cyber attack on its e-mail which the government must have initiated or approved.

Google has revealed what many in the Internet world have known for some time -- China routinely hacks into U.S. and Western Web sites for national security and other valuable information. Mao would have enthusiastically applauded this intellectual rape.

I wonder: would President Obama be so ready to kowtow to China if in the middle of Beijing there was a mausoleum of Hitler and, hanging from the gate to the Forbidden City, a giant swastika?

Rick Perry reveals that Obama threatened governors at recent meeting

Hardly a surprise: During a recent meeting with the nation's governors, President Obama made clear his top priority, which is to make sure that the governors don't go talking out of turn or criticizing his policies in any way. Texas Gov. Rick Perry saw no reason to keep this a secret, and as you can see here, he didn't:

Seriously, "You'll hear from me"?

Does Obama seriously think governors are going to cower in their boots because he reminds them of his ominous presence?

Maybe the reason Obama doesn't stand up to Vladimir Putin is that he doesn't really see that much to object to in what Putin does. They both believe in shamelessly bullying others to achieve their political objectives. They both believe in crony capitalism as a way to reward their allies and punish their enemies. And neither has much use for the truth.

Putin does it all quite a bit better, but philosophically, where is the daylight between the two of them?

The problem for Obama is that you can't just go blustering against a bunch of governors when you have little to no political capital of your own to throw around. Obama's getting pummeled in the courts. Officeholders in his own party are fleeing from him. His approval rating is in the toilet. World leaders don't take him seriously in the midst of growing international crises. And even his media allies are growing weary of the thankless task of trying to come up with defenses of him.

And with all this going on, he actually sits there and says, "You'll hear from me?"

So what, pal? What have you got?

Popular Generals Take Huge Stand Against Barack Obama

In most countries around the world, when a number of high-ranking military officers take a public stand against the country’s leadership, it’s a sign that a military coup is in the offing. In America, however, it’s a sign that our First Amendment guarantee of free speech is still alive and well–at least for now.

It’s one thing when retired generals, whose military careers are obviously behind them, speak out against a sitting president. This has often been the case lately. For example, retired U.S. Army Major General Paul E. Vallely has been vocal about his belief that American liberty will only be restored through peaceful marches and protests to force the resignations of key political leaders, including President Obama. General Vallely has been joined by Air Force Brigadier General Charles Jones to create a “citizen’s council” directly challenging the administration’s policy decisions. Obama’s treatment of Islamic terrorists, including his trade of several Guantanamo Bay detainees for accused deserter Bowe Bergdahl has drawn fire from two other retired generals, Air Force Major General Bentley Rayburn and four-star Army General Jack Keane.

However, it must be even more troubling to the Obama administration to be called out by active-duty officers. Lending his voice to that of highly-decorated retired Army Major General Patrick Henry Brady, active-duty 4-star Marine General and US Southern Command Commander John Kelly has argued publicly that the current border crisis threatens America’s very existence.

Particularly in regards to the drug trade, murder rates and terrorist activity brewing in Central America, Kelly says, the waves of Latin Americans sweeping through Mexico and illegally into Texas presents a threat to the U.S. every bit as serious as Iran or North Korea.

“In comparison to other global threats, the near collapse of societies in [this] hemisphere with the associated drug and [illegal immigrant] flow are frequently viewed to be of low importance,” Kelly said in an interview with Defense One. “Many argue these threats are not existential and do not challenge our national security. I disagree.”

It isn’t the first time Kelly has sounded the alarm. In testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee in March, Kelly complained that budget cuts in recent years have handcuffed the military’s ability to shut down many drug and human trafficking corridors.

Obama Refuses To Visit Border While He’s In Texas For Dem Fundraiser…

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said Wednesday that President Barack Obama will not be visiting the southern U.S. border anytime soon, even though he will be in Texas next week for a fundraiser.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R) has invited Obama a few times to visit the border to assess the immigration crisis that has evolved as tens of thousands of unaccompanied children have crossed into the United States. But Earnest said Obama at this point has not accepted.

“Schedules sometimes change and if they do we’ll let you know, but right now there is no plan to visit the border while he’s in Texas,” Earnest said.

Instead of visiting the border, Obama will fly from Denver to Dallas for a fundraiser on July 9, then will leave Texas from Austin the following day. Earnest declined to call it a fundraiser, instead saying Obama would be “building some support for Democratic candidates for office who are on the ballot in November.”

Earnest was asked whether Obama was comfortable with the idea of holding a fundraiser in Texas while people along the border are coping with what most agree is a humanitarian crisis. But Earnest indicated that enough senior officials are dealing with the problem at this time.

(Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court reined in presidential power on Thursday, ruling that President Barack Obama went too far when he filled senior government posts without seeking U.S. Senate approval, but the justices stopped short of a more sweeping decision limiting executive authority.

In a ruling that will constrain future presidents, the court held on a 9-0 vote that the three appointments Obama made to the U.S. National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) in 2012 were unlawful. The decision limits the ability of presidents to make so-called recess appointments without Senate approval.

Although the court was unanimous on the outcome, the nine justices were divided 5-4 on the legal reasoning. Justice Antonin Scalia wrote a fiery opinion, joined by his conservative colleagues, saying he would have gone further in limiting the recess appointment power. Justice Anthony Kennedy, the court's regular swing vote, joined liberal colleagues in the majority.

The ruling comes at a time of partisan political fighting in Congress between Republicans and Obama.

Republicans have fought virtually every major Obama initiative since he took office in 2009 and they have accused the Democratic president of overstepping his constitutional authority.

The Supreme Court upheld the president's power to make recess appointments in between Senate sessions or recesses during a legislative session. Its narrow ruling said there is no recess when the Senate holds so-called pro forma sessions during which no business is conducted but the Senate is not formally adjourned.

"The only remaining practical use for the recess appointment power is the ignoble one of enabling presidents to circumvent the Senate's role in the appointment process, which is precisely what happened here," Scalia read from a court statement.

Thursday's majority decision, written by Justice Stephen Breyer, could especially hamper the Obama administration if Republicans win control of the Senate in Nov. 4 elections. They already control the House of Representatives.

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said Obama was "deeply disappointed" by the ruling but noted that the decision "does preserve some important elements of the president’s executive authority, and he will not hesitate to use it."

The ruling has little immediate impact because Democrats, who currently control the Senate, pushed through a rule change in November 2013 that made it harder for Republicans to block the president’s nominees.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat from Nevada, said the ruling “underscores the importance” of the Senate rule change last year.

“Without that reform and with today’s ruling, a small but vocal minority would have more power than ever to block qualified nominees from getting a simple up-or-down vote,” he said.

Kentucky Republican Mitch McConnell, the Senate minority leader, said: "All Americans should be grateful for the court's rebuke of the administration." Republican senators had filed papers urging the court to rule against the administration.

Senators have the ability to delay or block altogether a president’s nominees, meaning they might never be confirmed.

Presidents of both parties have regularly used recess appointments. For example, Obama's predecessor, Republican George W. Bush, used this power to appoint John Bolton - a hero to many conservatives - as his U.N. ambassador in the face of staunch Democratic opposition in the Senate.

Report: Militarized Police Treating Citizens as "Wartime Enemies"

As the number of troop-heavy foreign interventions decreases, the warcraft and weaponry used in battle are now being deployed in neighborhoods as members and machines of law enforcement become increasingly indistinguishable from those of the military.

This is the situation as revealed in a new report published by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) entitled “War Comes Home: The Excessive Militarization of American Policing.”

“A SWAT team blew a hole in my 2 year-old son” is perhaps the best example of a headline announcing the horrific impact this conversion can have when left unchecked.

As reported by The New American, a toddler is in a medically induced coma after a Cornelia, Georgia, SWAT team tossed a flash-bang grenade into his crib during the execution of a “no-knock” warrant.

Bounkham Phonesavanh is 19 months old and was asleep in his crib when police broke down the front door in the early morning hours on May 28 and threw the grenade into the front room. His mother, father, and three sisters were in the room as well.

Earlier this week, the baby’s mother, Alecia Phonesavanh, described the ordeal in detail, including the relevant account of the near fatal blurring of the line between soldier and cop:

Flashbang grenades were created for soldiers to use during battle. When they explode, the noise is so loud and the flash is so bright that anyone close by is temporarily blinded and deafened. It’s been three weeks since the flashbang exploded next to my sleeping baby, and he’s still covered in burns.

The ACLU provides a brief history of the creation and transformation of SWAT:

SWAT [Special Weapons And Tactics] teams were created in the late 1960s as “quasi-militaristic” squads capable of addressing serious and violent situations that presented imminent threats such as riots, barricade and hostage scenarios, and active shooter or sniper situations. The first SWAT team, at the Los Angeles Police Department, was developed in the wake of a series of emergency situations in which local police felt unable to respond as swiftly or as effectively as was necessary. SWAT teams have since expanded in number, and are used with greater frequency and, increasingly, for purposes for which they were not originally intended — overwhelmingly to serve search warrants in drug investigations.

In the case of Bounkham Phonesavanh, SWAT team members executed the no-knock warrant after receiving a tip from an informant that he had bought methamphetamine from a man named Wanis Thometheva earlier that day. Precisely the perversion of the power documented in the ACLU report.

“War Comes Home” observes 818 SWAT operations from July 2010 to October 2013. These operations were carried out by more than 20 law enforcement agencies in 11 states.

The 96-page report reveals that the increasingly militaristic police — forces equipped, trained, and often outfitted by the Pentagon — are behaving with a belligerence more at home on the battlefield in the face of an armed enemy than in neighborhoods while performing routine duties once accomplished with little more than a squad car and a badge.

What You Are Not Being Told About the Invasion of America

“It’s about to get worse. . . Entire villages are emptying out and coming from Central America through Mexico to the United States. They’ll be hitting in the next couple weeks. What you are seeing right now is the tip of the iceberg.”

The Daily Caller reports, “a leaked estimate by a top official in the Department of Homeland Security says the 12-month inflow will reach 90,000 by October, and then grow by another 142,000 in the next 12 months before October 2015.” That’s over 230,000, nearly a quarter million that the Democrats hope to dump on US taxpayers. Soon, this number will grown by millions.

A Phoenix TV station reported June 6, DHS program that buses immigrants to AZ, no signs of stopping. The story follows the script of “humanitarian crisis” rather than a created crisis, but again, make no mistake about it, this administration is following script to undermine this country. Even Glenn Beck is asking why immigrants are coming.

Playing the Race Card

If you oppose the current and dramatic increase in illegal immigration, some will ask you, “What are you afraid of? Don’t you like people that speak Spanish and have brown skin”?  The race card is the default position of this administration. Let’s consider the fine work of a Lis-Marie Alvarado, an immigrant from Nicaragua, who presently resides in the Miami suburb of Homestead, FL.  Last year for a documentary produced by Al Jazeera America TV series, “Borderland“, she rode the train that they refer to as the” Beast”.  Alvarado and five other Americans traced the journey of immigrants who died while making their way to America on a train that departs from Nicaragua and heads north to the United States. The train illegally brings an estimated 500,000 people per year to the United States. Alvarado described the circumstances aboard the train as being very dire and life-threatening. Scores of people die on this train. Alvarado states that “… Not only with the sun, but also the water. There’s very limited water, and that’s a constant, you know. People are taking the journey because you do want a better future and you’re willing to do whatever takes, there are a lot of people who aren’t going to make it.”  Where is Obama in all of this?

Many Beast riders have suffered physical injury or death falling off the train or getting sucked into the wheels trying to board it in motion. In some areas, that’s the only way on. Most of these future illegal immigrants are making this 1,450-mile trek are not from Mexico, but rather from countries like Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras, which has the world’s highest murder rate.

Both Alvarado and  Dannemiller expressed shock that she was surprised in how many children were riding the train. But you see, this constitutes the main part of the Obama plot. Get the children inside of the United States and the authorities will have no choice but to permit the parents to come to this country as well. Again, entire villages are coming to America under the most dangerous of conditions. The governments of the countries of origins buy bus ticket for the immigrants to travel to the Beast. Poor people are dangerous to an authoritarian regime and these leaders are all too happy to see them leave.

I live in Arizona and I see the manifestation of this inhumane immigration program. Very large segments of the central corridor of my State are under the control of the Mexican drug cartels. The citizens of Pinal County, which is adjacent to metropolitan Phoenix, are under siege by these former Mexican army soldiers turned drug runners. Their penchant for violence is well documented. For example, Pinal County Deputy Louie Puroll was ambushed and shot as he tracked six drug smugglers near Casa Grande, Arizona. In the Phoenix suburb of Chandler, Arizona, a drug cartel rival was beheaded. Citizens have been terrorized and many of these have been victims of crime from the cartels. In a drug cartel related activity, Phoenix leads the country in kidnappings most of which are related to the sex slave and labor slave trafficking practices of the Zeta and Sinola drug cartel gangs. These events are the byproduct of this insane Obama plan.
