Greene: Dr. Fauci, China Must Be Held Accountable For COVID ‘Bioweapon’

 SST NEWS

June 16, 2021

"We've got to hold him accountable. We have to hold China accountable, and they have to pay reparations," Greene says. "This is something we're demanding."

Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene (R-Ga.) laid into Dr. Anthony Fauci and Communist China during a news conference Tuesday over their roles in creating and releasing COVID-19 upon the world.

“How do you feel about being part of a human experiment with COVID-19? Because that has been what we have been over this past year,” Greene began.

“And the reason why we deserve answers is because of Dr. Fauci’s emails with him himself stating that he funded to the Wuhan lab this gain of function research.”

Greene then claimed that humanity became “victims of a bioweapon” due to Fauci’s gain of function research at the Wuhan lab.

“And here’s the question that needs to be asked: why would there ever be viruses created, taken out of nature, that can be shared and passed among bats or other creatures, and then harnessed and then changed into some sort of virus that can be spread among people?” she asked.

“There’s a word for that. It’s called bioweapon,” she added. “Were we all victims of a bioweapon? We demand answers.”

The Georgia congresswoman also pointed out how Fauci misled President Trump on the true death rate of the coronavirus at the beginning of the pandemic to justify unprecedented nationwide lockdowns.

“He told President Trump millions were going to die,” Greene said. “He was saying that on CNN in March. But yet in his email, he stated the spread rate and the death rate was going to be several hundred thousand. Imagine that, advising the president one way, but yet in his own personal emails admitting the truth.”

Greene then blamed Fauci for essentially “governing” the country with unprecedented recommendations like lockdowns and wearing masks all the time.

“Dr. Fauci must be fired. People that are not elected by the American People should never be governing our country, should never be controlling our lives. We’ve got to hold him accountable. We have to hold China accountable, and they have to pay reparations,” Green concluded. “This is something we’re demanding.”

Greene introduced the Fire Fauci Act in April, which has since gained 10 Republican co-sponsors.

If the bill passes, Fauci could still keep his job, but his salary would be reduced to $0.

But given Democrats control the House of Representatives, Greene’s measure is unlikely to pass.

Trump to Order U.S. Meat Plants to Stay Open Amid Pandemic

Bloomberg
April 28, 2020

President Donald Trump plans to order meat-processing plants to remain open as the nation confronts growing food-supply disruptions from the coronavirus outbreak, a person familiar with the matter said.

Trump plans to use the Defense Production Act to order the companies to stay open as critical infrastructure, and the government will provide additional protective gear for employees as well as guidance, according to the person.
The order sets the stage for a showdown between America’s meat giants, which have been pressing to reopen plants, and some local officials and labor unions who’ve called for closures in a bid to prevent the virus from spreading. The president himself has long agitated for Americans to return to work and restore an economy crippled by social distancing measures.
Trump signaled the executive action at the White House on Tuesday, saying he planned to sign an order aimed at Tyson Foods Inc.’s liability, which had become “a road block” for the company. He didn’t elaborate.
The order, though, will not be limited to Tyson, the person said. It will affect many processing plants supplying beef, chicken, eggs and pork. Shares in Tyson and poultry producer Sanderson Farms Inc. extended gains after the news, while JBS SA, the world’s top meat producer, was little changed.

Scattered protests push back on U.S. coronavirus stay-at-home orders

DETROIT, April 16 (Reuters) - As sweeping stay-at-home orders in 42 U.S. states to combat the new coronavirus have shuttered businesses, disrupted lives and decimated the economy, some protesters have begun taking to the streets to urge governors to rethink the restrictions.
A few dozen protesters, many with young children, gathered in Virginia's state capital of Richmond on Thursday in defiance of Democratic Governor Ralph Northam's mandate, the latest in a series of demonstrations this week around the country.
The protests have taken on a partisan tone, often featuring supporters of President Donald Trump, and critiquing governors whose shelter-at-home directives are intended to slow the spread of a pandemic that has killed more than 31,000 across the United States.
On Wednesday, thousands of Michigan residents blocked traffic in Lansing, the state capital, while protesters in Kentucky disrupted Democratic Governor Andy Beshear's afternoon news briefing on the pandemic, chanting "We want to work!"
States including Utah, North Carolina and Ohio also saw demonstrations this week, and more are planned for the coming days, including in Oregon, Idaho and Texas.
The United States has seen the highest death toll of any country in the pandemic, and public health officials have warned that a premature easing of social distancing orders could exacerbate it.
Trump has repeatedly said he wants to "reopen" the economy as soon as possible and has clashed with governors over whether he can overrule their stay-at-home orders.
In Michigan, where Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer has imposed some of the country's toughest limits on travel and business, some protesters at "Operation Gridlock" wore campaign hats and waved signs supporting Trump.
Whitmer is considered a top contender to be the running mate of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden when he takes on Trump in November's general election.
One of the organizers of the demonstration in Lansing, Meshawn Maddock, said she was frustrated that much of the media focused on a handful of protesters who gathered on the steps of the capitol, including militia group members and a man holding a Confederate flag who she said were not part of the rally.
She faulted Whitmer for dismissing the event as a partisan rally instead of engaging with the thousands of residents who Maddock said have legitimate questions about the governor's stay-at-home order.
"When I'm fighting to (help) a guy who cleans pools or mows lawns, or a women who wants to sell her onion sets or geraniums, I don't care whether they vote Republican, Democrat, or never vote at all," Maddock said.
Maddock, 52, is among seven board members of the Republican-aligned Michigan Conservative Coalition who organized the protest. She is also a board member of the pro-Trump political action committee Women for Trump, but said the Trump campaign had no involvement in organizing the protest.
"The Trump campaign has given me no messaging," she said. "All I know is that I care about Michigan. I've lived here my whole life and I want to help workers get back to work."
She said she had received calls from people in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Virginia and other states asking for advice on planning similar protests.
The political wrangling over the COVID-19 crisis has begun to take on familiar partisan battle lines. Democratic strongholds in dense urban centers such as Seattle and Detroit have been hard hit by the virus, while more Republican-leaning rural communities are struggling with the shuttered economy but have seen fewer cases.

President Trump’s “rodent infested mess” rant about conditions in Baltimore caused controversy, but a series of videos showing exactly that appear to prove him right.
Trump slammed House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings “brutal bully,”asserting the longtime congressman’s Baltimore district is “FAR WORSE” and “more dangerous” than the southern border.
“His district is considered the Worst in the USA as proven last week during a Congressional tour, the Border is clean, efficient & well run, just very crowded,” Trump added. “Cumming District is a disgusting, rat and rodent infested mess. If he spent more time in Baltimore, maybe he could help clean up this very dangerous & filthy place.”

Rep, Elijah Cummings has been a brutal bully, shouting and screaming at the great men & women of Border Patrol about conditions at the Southern Border, when actually his Baltimore district is FAR WORSE and more dangerous. His district is considered the Worst in the USA......

The comments caused controversy, with Democrats yet again accusing Trump of racism because Cummings’s district is 55 percent African American.
However, a series of videos posted to Twitter by Kimberly Klacik of the Baltimore County Republican Central Committee (an African-American woman) validate Trump’s argument.
In one of the clips, a resident complains about the “rats & rodents” problem.
It is so sad to see @VictorBlackwell & @CNN turn the light currently shining on into a race issue. This could result in a positive change. @RepCummings could help get his district in order. Listen to one of his constituents explain the "rats & rodents" problem.

Another video shows abandoned and broken-down homes, which Klacik asserts are also filled with rats.
He claims to care about children & their future, however in West Baltimore you will find abandoned homes on every block. Many filled with trash, rodents & homeless looking for shelter. Children live on these streets seen here. This district belongs to @RepCummings. More to come..

“Residents constantly call the city to remove trash, no one shows up for months. Rats & roaches are a problem in almost every home. Illegal immigrants at the border live in better conditions than Americans in West Baltimore. This is @RepCummings district,” tweeted Klacik.
Let's walk through a typical abandoned row house in West Baltimore. You will find at least one of these on every street. According to residents, there is an uptick in homeless thanks to the increase in drug inventory post 2015 riots. This is @RepCummings district, more to come...
